With our knowledge and expertise in creating fabulous Weddings we can offer advice on all aspects of planning your big day! Helping you to create memories to treasure for a lifetime.
Holland Hall, set in the picturesque village of Upholland, is an idyllic rural retreat with stunning views surrounded by woodland and countryside. The 17th Century Grade II listed building has been sympathetically modernised to create a contemporary venue, whilst retaining is period grandeur. The original Holland House, built in 1654, remains a central part of the present-day hotel. With attractive gardens, providing a stunning backdrop for those all-important wedding photographs whatever time of year. Natural daylight floods the contemporary designed Garden and Terrace Suite, allowing your own styling however simple & elegant or extravagant & bold you wish to be. The sunlit terrace and surrounding grounds provide endless opportunities for your forever photographs.With accommodation for guests and a luxurious Honeymoon Suite for the happy couple.
Holland Hall premises are approved and licensed to conduct Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships, Holland Hall is an LGBT+ friendly wedding venue. With experience of hosting multi-cultural weddings, our Events Team are sensitive to religious and cultural requirements.
With delicious wedding menus designed and created by our talented chefs your menu taster will be an exisite experience, allowing you to taste your Wedding Breakfast choices. Food is locally sourced from only the best suppliers, always cooked fresh and of the very highest quality.

We kmow the venue well having enjoyed meals and drinks there previously. Dealing with the wedding team was an absolute pleasure. Offering advice and options throughout. When we had to make any small amendments to numbers, menu etc Joanne was always available. The day itself was perfect. The venue looked amazing! The food is of a very high standard and the service exceptional. All staff were well presented and smiling throughout. Holland Hall arranged the evening entertainment and @Anthony Oliver kept outline party going with a varied mix of songs. The accommodation, the bar area, function room, food, service and attention given to us was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and the experienced team helped with absolutely everything. The team at Holland Hall are amazing but we can't thank Tanya enough, she was absolutely everything for us and went out of her way every time. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
It's hard to narrow it down, but I have to say one of my favourites was when storm troopers turned up to arrest the groom and he was rescued by the avengers! Definitely a day to remember!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Organisation is key, a planner/organizer or notepad and pen will be your best friend, in ensuring no detail no matter how small is missed.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The personal touch that sticks in mind the most was a wedding cake. The bride actually made it herself and it had so many intricate and uniquely personal details as in their pets and things they both loved but subtly executed.

Beautiful, Tranquil, Spacious ,Light and unique
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
I personally think our lawn at the front, both during the day and after dark when the festoons are lit.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We were proud to host Mo Salah last year who plays for Liverpool and he had a private magazine photo shoot and interview with GQ Magazine
What’s your favourite canapé?
It's hard to pick just one, but i would have to go with the baked mushroom filo money bag
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
A slice of our delicious fresh homemade pizza
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The old manor house front door which dates back to 1654
What part of your business are you most proud of?
I am proud of how the venue has grown and improved and that our team and our couples are more like extended family
