It's hard to narrow it down, but I have to say one of my favourites was when storm troopers turned up to arrest the groom and he was rescued by the avengers! Definitely a day to remember!
Organisation is key, a planner/organizer or notepad and pen will be your best friend, in ensuring no detail no matter how small is missed.
The personal touch that sticks in mind the most was a wedding cake. The bride actually made it herself and it had so many intricate and uniquely personal details as in their pets and things they both loved but subtly executed.
