- VVicki & Adam04/10/2024Amazing!Amazing!I stayed at the Holiday Inn Southampton for my sons wedding on in August 2024 and had a fantastic time. The rooms were great and very clean. The food was amazing at the wedding reception and the staff were great and very helpful. I would like to say thank you to the staff who worked the bar all night with a smile on their face and a fantastic service and would like to thank Alice Hunt for organising a wonderful day, If you are booking an event in Southampton talk to Alice, she is the best! Nothing was ever too much trouble and Alice and her team went above and beyond during the planning and on the actual day. The location was perfect, room was perfectly sized and decorated. Alice really knew what we wanted from our discussions, so was happy to leave transforming the day to night with her team. The food was amazing. I have intolerances to gluten, wheat and dairy and for the first time in a long time, I did not go without! It was incredible. The room we had was great and a lovely touch left for us inside. The next morning we all had breakfast and again if was great. Plenty there, cooked well and guests who didn’t stay were able to come back and eat with us too. All in all, I cannot recommend HI enough. HI was brilliant from start to finish.
