Self Catered hire allows you the flexibility to source and provide your own caterers for your wedding according to your individual preference. We will provide use of the Marquee, and halls, including tables and chairs and linens. The cost includes exclusive venue for an 8 hour period, an events manager, linen, table cloths and napkins, tables and chairs, security staffing, marques and 25 acres of land. The reason for the difference in cost is due to time of year - Summer Seasons being one at the higher cost and Winter starting at £10,000. Please reach out further details!

What an amazing experienceWhat an amazing experience
My daughter got married at this venue 14th of August 2021 all I can say is from start to finish what an amazing experience Suki was excellent I cannot fault the service in anyway. From the very first few emails and calls I had with Heidi and Sukhy of Hilton Hall, I knew that we were in safe hands. They were so patient with my constant questions and changes and I'll always be so thankful of how they planned everything to perfection for us! The venue itself is STUNNING! We got some amazing pictures especially by the gorgeous blossom tree during springtime! They also made sure we had full use of the grounds including the Manor House and Marquee. We also had our catering and decor done in house, and both were also amazing! Would highly recommend booking your wedding/reception here! Rundeep & I just wanted to say what a wedding! You ( Heidi) went above and beyond to help when we were left stranded without a venue literally a week or so before the wedding and supported us from start to finish to make sure the day was smooth as possible and I think it’s fair to say I was pulling at my last straw and without you being so accommodating i wouldn’t have been able to do it so thank you to yourself & Sukhi for being attentive but not too obvious or overbearing, we have had endless comments about how beautiful the venue was and how your service was impeccable, a massive thank you to the whole team combined for making it a wedding to remember. We can’t thank you enough; we wish you and the team every success for the futureRundeep & I just wanted to say what a wedding! Our Wedding DayOur Wedding Day
Our wedding reception was at Hilton Hall a few weeks ago. Admittedly it was one of the more costly options we looked at, but from enquiry stage up to the day, the staff were attentive, friendly and tried to help wherever they could. We had multiple meetings at the venue so we were familiar with the surroundings and were able to see what the marquee would look like when decorated. There were a few rumours leading up to the wedding that there would be a sound limiter enforced due to an ongoing dispute with a neighbour, but luckily we weren’t affected as our DJ bought his own sound equipment. On the day, the organisation from Suki & Heidi was brilliant - the event flowed so well, we were well looked after & our guests have commented on how smoothly everything went. We were able to make full use of the lakeside for the drinks reception & welcome games, and our guests enjoyed all of the green space around the marquee area too. We used The Raaj (internal decor company) and would highly recommend their services too - the marquee looked beautiful.Our wedding reception was at Hilton Hall a few weeks ago. Since we first visited Hilton, we knew it had to be our reception venue. The grounds are stunning and you can just tell the marquee is well maintained and modernised regularly. It’s a dream venue. We received endless compliments on just how beautiful it is and we don’t think any other venue in the Midlands that we visited compares to it. Heidi & Sukhy, you answered every question on my ridiculous list of questions/concerns in such a timely manner and you put us as ease before the big day and on the day itself, even when things were running behind schedule on the day. Without us having to think of what to do, you came to us with a revised timetable to check we were happy with it and we cannot thank you enough for coordinating the event like you did. You both made everything run smoothly that we didn’t have to stress about anything once we got to Hilton. You’re such easy going women and we both felt at ease with you as soon as we met you and we loved that. As for the service and food on the day - it was impeccable. Everyone only had good things to say and we did not get a single complaint. Our reception party was a whole VIBE so we just want to say a huge thank you to you both and the whole team at Hilton for helping us give us a wedding reception of dreams. From the moment we went to view Hilton Hall we knew this is where we wanted to get married and celebrate with our friends and family. The venue is stunning in all seasons, the intimacy of having this private hire location, use of the Manor House and the marquee is perfect. The team at Hilton Hall have always been easy to work with, even when we replanned our wedding day twice. We used the Manor House for our civil ceremony, then had lakeside drinks and canapés before having our reception party in the marquee. Our guests were amazed at how beautiful the site it, the gardens and the lake make a great backdrop for photos. Wedding NightmareWedding Nightmare
Due to get married this year and because of COVID, queried if there was a possibility of rescheduling the event. Hilton Hall stated that a further booking fee was required of £3,000 alongside the £5,000 that we had already paid for our deposit (this was a third of the £15,000 package that we chose based on the minimum person requirement of 200 ). They later said that the package agreed wasn’t based on headcount. All of our other wedding suppliers were happy to defer the deposits paid and all had non-transferable and non-refundable T&Cs like Hilton Hall but the venue failed to take any of this into account (non-transferable and non-refundable T&Cs can only exist if they are fair, they cannot be legally binding until a court confirms that they are fair and paying a third deposit isn’t especially when the industry norm is 10%.) This whole situation has caused my fiancés anxiety to come back due which already adds to the problems that people are facing during this pandemic. No regard for their customers happiness, mental awareness and health issues, complete lack of understanding during these times and severe lack of professionalism. We have never stated that we wish to cancel our wedding but the venue has emailed us on 4 occasions using the words cancel or cancellation. The venue has offered us a £2,000 refund which is for the caterers but only have one food supplier (Spice Nation) and don’t allow external catering (Do they expect us to have a wedding with no food?). Also why offer us a refund of £2000 if you genuinely believe that the wedding will still go ahead as planned? They are now threatening us with cancellation charges which won’t be upheld in a court of law especially when their T&C’s are extremely unfair towards the consumer which the Competitive and Markets Authority confirmed. PLUS THEY ARE NOT EVEN FCA REGULATED. Please do not use Hilton Hall for your wedding venue, learn from our mistake and find another suitable venue in the area. No couple should be paying a 33.3% deposit to book a wedding date (industry norm is 10%) and then deal with the venue in this manner. Strongly advise any couples looking for venues to avoid Hilton Hall at all costs because as a business they are a complete and utter joke. Happy to take a large deposit for your wedding and when things don't work out, they are unreasonable and threaten you with cancellation fees. We had our Winter Wedding at Hilton Hall and it was amazing, the overall look of the venue is stunning. We had the catered deal with a sit down meal and evening hog roast and there was plenty of food for everyone, their resident DJ kept everyone dancing and generally there is nothing we can fault.
