Honestly, the best day of our lives! We recently got married at Healds Hall, and Matthew and the staff (all staff we met leading up to the day, and on the day) were absolutely faultless, they made our day ever more perfect! The venue is stunning, and with so much space for guests to utilise during the day. The food was amazing, and we’ve had lots of compliments from our guests about the food and venue! We first viewed this venue in September 2021 as a potential Wedding Venue. From the moment we visited we knew it was for us. The venue is relaxed, welcoming and modern, yet still manages to keep its rustic charm. All of the staff are amazing - on the several times we have visited everyone is so friendly and hardworking, none more so than on the wedding day. Shirley also is the face behind pearlescent events who beautifully decorated the venue on our day and is extremely friendly, helpful and talented! Matt (our wedding co-ordinator) could not have done any more to make the day run smoothly. Not only was he extremely helpful in the planning process, but on the day turned his hand to just about anything! Including helping with the groom party's buttonholes and pocket squares, helping dress and organise the room, handing out fans to the guests and even helping to assist our flower girl to walk down the aisle when she got stage fright! He even had a hoover in his hand at one stage! All while ensuring timings were kept to plan and ensuring all guests were happy. We visited a number of times for food prior to our wedding day and it was superb. The food at our wedding had rave reviews from everyone. The chocolate fondant was the best we have ever had and was the highlight of everyone's meal! All dietary requirements were more than catered for - even at the evening reception where vegan, vegetarian and gluten free pizzas were made! There is also a great selection of drinks, all very reasonably priced. The venue itself is perfect for a wedding. We got married on a very hot day and the garden area was perfect - spacious, plenty of seating and shade. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue is, outside and inside. The Harrington suite was also perfect - it accommodated 80 day and 120 evening guests comfortably. The room itself was perfect for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception - having its own separate bar and toilets for the wedding guests. A large number of guests stayed at Healds hall for either 1/2 nights. The rooms are comfortable and again very reasonably priced - the hotel even provided fans as it was very warm. The breakfast included provided many options - continental and a cooked breakfast to order and was delicious. On a side note, there are plenty of other hotels nearby which enabled guests to stay locally when all of the rooms were booked by our guests (approx 24 rooms). The staff couldn't have been more helpful in helping to arrange taxi's on the night. The day itself was perfect and we truly feel this was down to our amazing suppliers and the team at Healds Hall. They simply could not do enough for us and the attention to detail was just amazing. We would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. The day itself felt so special and personable and this is something that not every venue can offer. The staff at Healds hall were amazing and made my daughter and son in laws day absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou especially to the wedding coordinator he did not stop and everything went so smoothly.

We booked Healds Hall after encountering an issue at a previous venue both myself and my husband are Vegans and the previous venue struggled to cater to this in the end which left us without a venue and a little worried about finding somewhere but we found Healds Hall and were reassured from Day 1. Matthew and the team took such great care with us and the chef worked with us to create a tailor made Vegan meal not just for us but every single one of our guests! Starters, main course, Dessert and we opted for Canapés too it was all delicious and our guests also commented on how much they enjoyed a vegan meal. The effort they made with this was greatly appreciated and meant we knew we could eat anything served to us on our wedding day without having to double check first which just made the day so much more simple for us! Their recommendations for suppliers were fab, the room looked beautiful and I even stayed the night before with my bridesmaids and family and we all had a lovely meal together the evening before. Their rooms on the lower level were great for guests who struggled with the stairs too. I also arranged a couple of surprises for the groom which Healds hall were more than happy to help with and had breakfast to the room the morning of the wedding. We had the most amazing wedding day and we are so glad we booked at Healds Hall. We have enjoyed many a meal and drink there too and highly recommend them to anyone considering booking them for an event, they truly go above and beyond & we can’t thank the whole team enough!

I just wanted to write to say a massive thank you for making my daughter, Kellie, and Joe's wedding as special as it was.  I dont think I have ever attended a wedding where everything has gone as smoothly as it did yesterday. he food, the rooms and the wedding itself were all top class, but more importantly your hotel staff are an absolute credit to you. Every single one of them were courteous, friendly and happy to help. If you could pass on our thanks to them.

We had our wedding recently at Healds Hall, in Liversedge. The venue was just the right size for our party. The staff looked after us very well, they were attentive to all our needs and made the day very special. Many of our guests commented on the quality of the food for the breakfast and also the evening buffet. The room was set out and decorated perfectly, the hotel also accommodated our requests to include a harpist and Photo Booth. Overall the day was magnificent, with Matt supporting us at every stage.

We couldn't fault our day at all, everything was perfect; nothing was too much trouble for any of the people working at Healds Hall. Thank you to Cara, Matthew, Jo and Emma. And thank you to Shirley who made the room look lovely.

Matthew from the first meeting put no pressure on us whatsoever which is such nice thing during a stressful time. Everything was so organised and planned ahead of time with no final rush to get everything ready for the big day. On the day there was no issues with the venue itself, the decoration, the room bookings, and the food. We cannot thank Matt and the team enough for all their hard work and effort they put into making sure our big day went off without a hitch and beautifully. Couldn’t be happier that we had our wedding at Healds Hall Hotel! We were due to get married in 2020 but covid meant that wasn’t possible. 4 attempts later and we finally tied the knot in June 2023. Matt was amazing throughout the planning and also on the actual wedding day. Nothing was too much for him and the team. Would definitely recommend this venue.
