The staff were amazing, particularly Louise who was on the reception when we arrived. The room was immaculate, very stylish and we had a fabulous view over shoreditch. The communications levels were spot on, I was able to check in slightly early (Thank you Poppie!), the welcome note & treat were delightful and every team member I interacted with, Front Desk, Bar & Breakfast, were fab. The room I had was a corner room and was so comfortable, with lots of books, pictures to enjoy that I am sad that I didn't get to spend more time in it as I was going to a wedding. The contact and experience right from booking through to check out was absolutely fantastic!
