From the day of your first contact our wedding co-ordinator will be working with you to create your special day. All of our Weddings are unique to the individual couple and built specifically for them. We do not insist on couples picking a wedding package as we are happy to mix and match from our extensive wedding brochure, we are also happy to offer dishes unique to the couple. our executive chef caters for all tastes, food is an exceptional standard. Hall hire includes use of the Hall and its facilities, additional rooms if required, the use of our bar areas and lounge areas, linen, crockery and cutlery for your tables. Many brides choose to spend the morning of their wedding day with us at the Hall, we offer a room (included in the Hall hire) for the bridal party to prepare for the big day. We are also able to offer refreshment if required. Although hire is not exclusive as we are a private members Golf Club there is never another Wedding or large function on the same day. We have 2 licensed rooms for civil ceremonies ( one holding 60 and the other 100). Our main wedding breakfast room seats up to 80 people and we have 2 adjoining rooms that seat up to a further 20 guests each, you are also free to use our stunning landscaped gardens. We are able to cater for evening guests of up to 150 (including your day guests). We are not a large corporate wedding venue and we only have the capacity to host 20 weddings a year, which means that we are able to interact regularly with all of our couples and offer a high level of support. Each and every Wedding at Harrowden Hall is a happy friendly event as your wedding matters to us.

Myself and my husband were married here in September 2021! We initially dealt with Isabelle and then a few weeks before our wedding she left and was replaced by a lady called Claire. Shortly after viewing the venue, I had an accident and broke my leg so we were not able to book as we still had other venues to look at. After 6 months recovery and viewing the other venues, we would walk around saying “but it’s not harrowden” when we went back to them they still honoured our original quote from the year before despite there being a change in price! Sue was always easy to contact and answered all of my questions without complaint! It was a beautiful setting for a beautiful day, the organisation was all taken care of by Sue and Claire so they day went without a hitch! Thank you both for the best day! What an amazing venue, truly stunning in all places and beautiful photo opportunities. The staff were fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for more. Every corner we turned everything was done and arranged by the staff, couldn’t fault them at all. They said a few weeks before the wedding ‘dont worry, everything will be great, there is nothing for you to do or worry about’ and they really were true to their word. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get marriedWhat an amazing venue, truly stunning in all places and beautiful photo opportunities. I want to thank Sue, Isabel and all the team for letting us create our dream wedding, allowing us to do it exactly to our taste including the exact drinks we wanted serving throughout and adding more of our favourite food to the wedding breakfast which was an afternoon tea. Nothing was too much to them and we found the whole experience not stressful and a huge part is because they was so willing to help us. Being continuously told how amazing the wedding was, how polite the staff were and the incredible grounds, we couldn’t have asked for it to have gone any better. Again I can’t thank everyone enough especially Isabel she worked such a long day and continuously has a smile on her faceI want to thank Sue, Isabel and all the team for letting us create our dream wedding, allowing us to do it exactly to our taste including the exact drinks we wanted serving throughout and adding more of our favourite food to the wedding breakfast which was an afternoon tea. A wedding day is one of the most spectacular days of a lifetime and with the help of all the amazing staff at Harrowden hall, this was definitely true for us. From the first time, we walked into the hall we were amazed at how wonderful it looked, even on a snowy winters day, both Isabel and Sue were great at helping to organise stuff for us in the background whilst giving helpful tips and tricks to get us on the way to organising our dream day. In the final month before the wedding is when the team at Harrowden really stood out, counting down the days to the big event. Once the big day arrived we could not have wished for a more beautifully decorated wedding space, everything ready and waiting and a helping hand at every corner. The day went so quickly and effortlessly with your help and I would not have changed a thing. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough. From the moment we decided to get married at Harrowden Hall the staff made our dreams come true. Nothing was too much trouble. Sue, Izzy and their team were absolutely amazing. On the day Izzy was everywhere making sure Martyn was where he needed to be at the correct time, she really made the day run smoothly and stress free. The catering was perfect. The outside area was made good use of with all the games and activities for all to enjoy and the party we wanted was a blastWe cannot recommend this venue highly enough. Took our breath away.Took our breath away.
The food was delicious and all the dietary options were very well catered for. The tables were laid out in a beautiful and professional manner. As soon as you walked into the room it “took your breath away” how delightful everything looked. Harrowden Hall is a most beautiful venue, and because the weather was so kind to us this enabled us to have our drinks reception outside, and therefore the first impression on our guests was the gorgeous gardens. All in all a lovely day was had by all and we would most certainly recommend Harrowden Hall as a superb wedding venueThe food was delicious and all the dietary options were very well catered for. Thankyou to everyone at Harrowden Hall for making our wedding perfect! Sue and Isabel were amazing and very professional making the planning of our wedding a very enjoyable experience and stress free! Nothing was too much to ask for! The food was amazing all our guests were very impressed with the quality, freshness and the main meal was hot! (Apparently a lot of venues don’t get the food right)The staff worked their socks of to get the meals out and change the rooms around for a smoothly run day especially in the heat! Janet and her bar staff were fab too! Everyone was polite and professional! The grounds were amazing making some fantastic photos! Canapés and drinks on the lawns was beautiful and plentiful. Donato the DJ was exceptional catering for everyone! This venue was perfect all our guests were so impressed with our amazing wedding the organising of everything from our quartet playing to our horse and carriage arriving but I have to say it was down to Harrowden Hall for the smooth running of the day! You were great thanks again! Thankyou to everyone at Harrowden Hall for making our wedding perfect!
