Crockwell is a stunning rustic wedding venue in Northamptonshire, situated in beautiful rural surroundings with panoramic views of the countryside and an idyllic, tranquil location, but within easy reach of the M40 and M1. Whether you’re planning a small, intimate occasion or a large, lavish affair, Crockwell Farm can be tailored to suit you. The 17th century oak-beamed vaulted barn, fully insulated permanent starlit marquees, and beautiful gardens and grounds provide you with a personal and flexible space for your big day. Couples have three options for their civil ceremony on site, including outdoor ceremonies in the Orchard pavillion. Couples can also host a reception at Crockwell following a church wedding and can choose to marry in the beautiful local church of St Nicholas, in Eydon. Crockwell is one of the few wedding venues in Northamptonshire to offer dedicated accommodation for the bride and groom, as well as their immediate family and friends. There are eleven spacious bedrooms within the Farmhouse and cottages providing a home from home experience over three days and two nights. Couples are invited to host a welcome supper for their overnight guests the evening before the wedding in the Farmhouse or beautiful Breakfast Room. Couples have exclusive use of the whole venue from 2pm the day before the wedding until 12pm the day after which means when it comes to decorations you can let your mind run wild and create your vision for your day. We have been hosting weddings for over twenty years and know just what it takes to ensure your day runs like clockwork and you are able to sit back and enjoy the process. Even before adding personal touches and flowers, the venue is simply stunning. The whole team were incredibly responsive, and replied to our million emails which such care and clarity. The support provided on the day was exceptional and everything ran so smoothly. Everything was simply perfect and we genuinely could not recommend Crockwell enough. The in house catering team, Ross and Ross, were also excellent - their food was delicious, and our guests were delighted to have wedding food that was served hot! Crockwell Farm is truly a stunning venue, we fell in love with it when looking for our wedding venue and after visiting, we just knew it was the place for our April wedding and we’ve never looked back. I can’t sing their praises enough, the team was so helpful and attentive and went along with our chilled and fun vibe, which showed! We had our ceremony in the amazing Vaulted Barn (we couldn’t trust the weather!), thankfully the weather held out so we could have so many photos around the grounds and in the orchard. Every single guest told us how much they loved the venue, with so much space, and the Starlit Marquee was truly beautiful. Being able to stay on site, especially the day before made our lives so easy, on the day there was no rushing around, meaning we had no worries at all. Their caterers (Ross and Ross) did the most amazing food - our guests were raving about our BBQ Sharing Board menu. We had the most amazing experience at Crockwell Farm. The staff were absolutely incredible and made the whole planning process completely stress-free. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the grounds are kept to perfection. The bar staff looked after us both the night before and on the day, always serving with happy, friendly smiles, nothing was ever too much trouble. The accommodation was also perfect, providing everything we needed for a truly memorable stay. We couldn’t have wished for anything more from a wedding venue. What can I say—this venue is absolutely stunning! We had the joy of attending my sister and brother-in-law’s wedding here yesterday, and it was nothing short of magical. Every detail was perfect—from the breath-taking setting to the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere made the entire day feel truly special. And honestly, we couldn’t have made a better choice. The team at Crockwell were incredible. So friendly, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. No question ever felt too small, and they were always quick to respond to emails, which really helped put us at ease during the planning. Food is a big deal for us, and we were blown away by what was served on the day. Crockwell work exclusively with Ross & Ross catering, and they absolutely nailed it. The quality, the service – everything was spot on. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! We wanted a venue that felt relaxed and rustic, with plenty of space and on-site accommodation – and Crockwell gave us all that and more. One of the things we loved most was having the whole weekend. We arrived Friday afternoon, got married Saturday, and left Sunday. It meant we could really settle in, enjoy the build-up, and not feel rushed. Having our close family stay on-site made everything so much easier. The gardens were a big hit with the little ones – and the grown-ups too! – with plenty of space to play and enjoy the sunshine. The garden games (provided by an external supplier) were especially popular, and having everyone arrive on Friday just added to the lovely, laid-back vibe. Crockwell also handled all the communication with our suppliers seamlessly. We used several of their recommended suppliers and completely understand why they’re on that list – they were all fantastic. On the day itself, our coordinator Katie was an absolute star. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, which meant we could just relax and enjoy every moment without any stress or responsibility. The accommodation was beautiful – comfy, cosy, and thoughtfully done. Our family especially loved staying in the newly renovated Farmhouse, which gave everyone space to unwind together. Crockwell was everything we hoped for – and more. It suited us, our friends, and our families perfectly, and helped us create a weekend full of amazing memories. We’ll be forever grateful. We got married at Crockwell farm in October and it was the most perfect day we could have ever wished for. From the second we walked through the door on our first visit, we felt so welcome and knew this is where we wanted to get married. Not only is it the most beautiful venue, every single member of staff are so helpful, friendly welcoming. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery. We made use of the rooms onsite for our guests and they were all so pleased. We got married at Crockwell farm in October and it was the most perfect day we could have ever wished for. From the second we walked through the door on our first visit, we felt so welcome and knew this is where we wanted to get married. Our layout is pretty awesome. The combination of spaces from the luxury rustic bar to the vaulted stone barn, starlit marquee and secret dancefloor are all interconnected allow the day to flow seamlessly from start to finish. You won't find awkward intervals or moving guests around at a Crockwell wedding.
