Very impressed with the hotel, friendly and polite staff and a great atmosphere! Fantastic service and a lovely room to stay! Nice clean rooms and lots of hot water for the shower in the morning:-) I slept so comfortably I felt great going to work the next day. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was for such a central location! I recommend staying at this hotel anytime!I attended a wedding reception held at the hotel and stayed the night there. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as the church was just across the road and our venue not far away either. The quality of the rooms was great and the breakfast on both days was excellent, with your staff being very accommodating at breakfast for our large party. Throughout the reception Heidi was discreetly extremely attentive, always seeming to pop up whenever she was needed; while the rest of the team worked hard to make everything run seamlessly! Over the whole weekend, nothing was too much trouble. A particular thanks to the kitchen - my daughter has a dairy allergy and had the vegan menu which she thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you to you & all of the team at the Green Dragon Hotel for helping to make Sam & Reeny's special day such a success. It was a lovely stay, the Catherdal Suite was fantastic We used the Elgar suite for getting ready in the morning, requested tea and coffee to be brought to the suite which the staff did for us and was really appreciated There was an issue with plumbing in a family member's room, which I was informed of and spoke to the receptionist on departure. This was addressed within a few days by email so for this reason IWe stayed here with family for our wedding day over the weekend of Saturday 3rd June. The breakfast is hot, fresh and plenty of choice. The venue is beautiful and I would stay given the opportunity or need.
