Glen Clova Hotel

The hotel has 10 elegant bedrooms, on the first floor on the hotel. We also have a further 8 modern and comfortable double/twin and family rooms in our ground floor steading next to the hotel If you fancy a little bit more luxury we have 9 lodges, each with their own private hot tub which sleep anything from 2 in our Hideaway lodges up to 6 each in our Glen lodges. We also have two elegant houses within our grounds - a 2 bed and a 5 bed. Our steading rooms and most of our lodges and houses are dog friendly. In total we can accommodate up to 88 guests. Next to our hotel, a mere 100m away is the beautiful non-denominational Clova Kirk (Scottish church) which you can choose to get married in, alternatively you can get married in the surrounding hills. We have a beautiful function room for your choice of wedding meal and our staff will look after you well as you dance into the night celebrating with family and friends. Situated in the heart of the Angus Glens, yet only approx 1.5 hours from Edinburgh, choosing Glen Clova for your wedding will give you a truly authentic Scottish wedding. As well as offering a fantastic location we can also provide you with details of local wedding specialists - cakes, flowers, photographers, hair & make up, etc... so that your day is exactly how you dreamt it would be. Our wedding co-ordinator would be delighted to meet you. From Spring 2025, we are delighted to introduce "The Barn" at Clova, a fantastic wedding barn with stunning views down the Glen and over the Cairngorms. The barn, holding a maximum of 170 but with dividers to make us the perfect fit for weddings from 50. Unlike some other barns, this will be a full serviced and equipped barn with tables, chairs, heating, staff, catering and simple decoration all included in the price. The barn can be used for ceremonies, wedding breakfast and evening reception. As well as being a fully enclosed barn, the full height doors can be opened out onto the stunning scenery.
