Frankie's is a busy restaurant, farm shop and garden nursery by day and a stunning location for private venue hire by afternoon. For parties or weddings the stunning barn and large outdoor space is the perfect backdrop for your to style your very own way. All weddings at Frankie's offer exclusive use of the whole venue.
Although we are not able to offer wedding ceremonies at this time, we are conveniently close to several local churches and the nearby registry office. At Frankie’s, we specialise in Twilight weddings, everything you love about a traditional wedding day, simply beginning a little later, with a wonderfully relaxed and effortless feel. Once you arrive, we take care of every detail for you and your guests, from welcome drinks and canapés to an in‑house meal and a fully stocked bar. With our licence for live music, entertainment or a DJ, you can set the perfect tone for how your evening unfolds.
We’ve created an inclusive package that gives you everything you need to celebrate in style. There are also plenty of opportunities to tailor your day, allowing you to shape your wedding so it feels truly personal to you. No request is too big or too small, we will accommodate you in every way we can.

Jen and her amazing team helped create our magical day and went above and beyond to make this possible. From having regular meetings with our visions and setting up everything on the day to how we envisioned, we could not have been happier. It is a team that made the wedding plan a dream and easy to complete. The food & drink choices were incredible and we even had our own signature cocktails made for us. The communication with Jen was smooth and they fulfilled all our requests with regards to the suppliers we wanted to use and the menu choices and finishing touches. We loved having creative control over the venue and making it personal to us. If you are after a venue that will help bring your vison to life then this is perfect for you. A beautiful location in Kent with plenty of parking and space. We wish we could do this day over again as everything was perfect. Fast forward 6 months we had been to Frankie’s 3-4 times after some amazing food and thought, I wonder if they host weddings… Thankfully they did. Then just another 5 months we had our reception at Frankie’s! Jen and the team couldn’t have done anything else for us! What your venue capacity?
Our venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for your wedding celebration.
Included in your package is the use of our tables and chairs, which allow for a seated dining capacity of 72 guests. If you would like additional guests to dine with you, we can arrange round tables from an external supplier at an additional cost. With these hired tables, we can comfortably seat up to 100 guests for your meal.
Alternatively, for a more relaxed and sociable atmosphere, we offer a part‑seated and part‑standing style. This option allows you to welcome up to 150 guests, giving you the flexibility to create a more informal, free‑flowing celebration.
After your meal, from 8pm onwards, you are welcome to invite additional guests at no extra charge maximum capacity of 150 guest total.
Our tables, arranged as follows:
- Long Top Table, Seats up to 8 guests
- Square Tables, Up to 8 square tables (148cm x 148cm), seating 8 guests per table

Who Sets up the venue?
We understand that every couple has their own unique vision for how they would like their wedding space to look. To help bring that vision to life, we keep our venue beautifully neutral, allowing you to style it with your chosen colours and personal touches.
Your package includes full venue setup, which covers:
- Arranging your table décor
- Placing name cards
- Setting out smaller decorations
- Displaying your seating plan
If you would like to add larger decorations such as fairy lights or bunting, we will arrange an evening prior to your wedding day for you to come in and install these.
At the end of your celebration, our team will carefully pack away all your decorations and store them safely, ready for you to collect in the days following your wedding.
Venue setup begins from 3pm. If you have external suppliers delivering items — such as balloons or sweet carts — please ask them to arrive after 3pm. Flowers may be delivered earlier,
Can we have live music or a Dj?
We provide a small sound system for background music during your meal. If you would like to personalise this, you are welcome to email us your Spotify playlist, and we will ensure it is played for you.
Our venue is fully licensed for both live bands and DJs. Please provide us with the contact details of the band or DJ you have booked so we can coordinate arrangements. All performers must hold their own public liability insurance.
Do you offer cake cutting?
We offer a complimentary cake‑cutting service. After your ceremonial cake cut and photos, our team will slice the cake and place it neatly back on the cake table for your guests to enjoy.
We also have an in‑house bakery team who create beautiful wedding cakes. If you would like to arrange an appointment with our pastry chef, we will be delighted to organise this for you.
What bar service do you have?
We offer a fully stocked and licensed bar, open from 5pm–11pm. You’ll find a full list of our bar menu within this brochure. If you have a favourite drink that isn’t listed, please let us know — we will always do our best to have it available for your special day. This also includes any signature cocktails you may wish to add as a couple.
We accept both cash and card at the bar. If you would like to place a set amount behind the bar for your guests, this can be arranged during your meeting. Please note: we are unable to offer individual guest tabs — the bar operates strictly on a pay‑as‑you‑go basis
Do you cater for allergens?
All menu options are outlined within this brochure, and we will discuss your selections during your booking meeting. If you would like to make any changes or add additional dishes, please speak with us — we will consult with our chefs and confirm whether your request is possible and if it may incur any additional cost. Any changes will always be agreed with you before being finalised.
We also offer a children’s menu for guests under 12, available upon request.
We require your menu choices 8 weeks before your wedding day, followed by final guest numbers and allergen information at your final meeting, held 5 weeks prior to your celebration.
We do our utmost to cater for all allergens and dietary requirements. In some cases, this may mean that certain guests receive an alternative meal to your chosen menu, ensuring their safety and comfort.
What parking do you have?
We have plenty of onsite parking for your guest to use free of charge. Any cars left over night are done so at their own risk. We do kindly ask that cars are collected before 11am the following morning.
