Food and drink are an additional cost. Average overall costs for 70 day guests and 100 evening guests: Summer Peak weekend £13,300 All year mid-week £10,300 Winter Off Peak weekend £9,300 Includes exclusive use with accommodation with estimate re-sale. We were so pleased we chose Folly Farm for our wedding venue. The setting, food and drink and staff were all brilliant. It made such a difference to have so much accommodation on site for the whole weekend and really helped to create the relaxed and friendly atmosphere we wanted. We can’t recommend Folly Farm Centre enough! To start, the venue itself is gorgeous, with the most stunning surroundings. You feel as if you were hundreds of miles from civilization but are still within 20 minutes of Bristol! Every time we visited, we felt an immense calm, which really helped ease our wedding day nervousness! All of the accommodation is lovely, comfortable and has everything you’d need for the few days you’re there. Furthermore, the team are absolutely incredible - special mention to Adelaide, Clare and Jayson. Above and beyond doesn’t cover how far they all went to make sure our experience was as perfect as possible. I would also highly recommend using the in house caterers - every guest said it was some of the best food they’d had in their lives, let alone at a wedding. They’re hugely accommodating of dietary restrictions, which was a huge weight off our backs! All in all, we are so incredibly happy we chose Folly Farm - the day before was an incredible opportunity for our guests to get to know each other, which just made the main day that much easier and better! As the evening was drawing to a close, we sat, watching our guests dance around and realized that somehow it had all been even better than we’d imagined and hoped. Folly farm was incredibly! I would highly recommend getting married here if you are looking for an outdoor wedding in spring or summer. The staff are incredibly and were so responsive throughout. I think the amount you get for the money is perfect. The accomodation is also spot on for families and friends. Wish i would do it all over again!Folly farm was incredibly! We are still on an absolute high from our wedding last weekend. Clare, Adelaide, Jayson and all of the staff at Folly Farm couldn’t have been more helpful, communicative and knowledgable and we can’t thank you all enough for making the day and whole weekend run perfectly. The venue itself is stunning, with breathtaking views over Chew Valley which we were lucky enough to have as the backdrop to our ceremony. The option to stay Friday - Sunday meant we could spend more time with friends and famiWe are still on an absolute high from our wedding last weekend. Claire, Adelaide and their team at Folly were so helpful and accommodating. They looked after us throughout our wedding planning and our special day. Everything flowed smoothly and it was a relaxed experience from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and Claire was able to suggest alternatives for our wedding. Folly is a very beautiful place with a beautiful outlook across Blagdon. Our day was too windy to be outside so the ceremony was indoors, which actually made it more intimate. We loved Claire, Adelaide and their team at Folly were so helpful and accommodating. They looked after us throughout our wedding planning and our special day. Everything flowed smoothly and it was a relaxed experience from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and Claire was able to suggest alternatives for our wedding. The staff at Folly Farm really look after you all the way through the process. The venue is beautiful, relaxed whilst providing a fun atmosphere. The food is excellent and all of our guests have commented on this. It felt like a holiday for those staying from Friday to Sunday as we self catered Friday, with catered breakfasts Saturday and Sunday and all the trimmings Saturday. The food is through their caterer and probably one of the nicest wedding foods we've ever had. Everyone raved about our wedding breakfast and they accommodated those with dietary needs very well. The team at folly farm were so approachable throughout the planning. The wedding food was unbelievable, so so delicious! And the team made the wedding day and weekend run incredibly smoothly, troubleshooting anything that came up and bring helpful in every way. We loved having our closest guests stay with us for the whole weekend and the rooms and bathrooms were lovely, complete with Bramley toiletries in the bathrooms. We have had so many guests yet us how wonderful the venue was, and we completely agree!The team at folly farm were so approachable throughout the planning. The wedding food was unbelievable, so so delicious! And the team made the wedding day and weekend run incredibly smoothly, troubleshooting anything that came up and bring helpful in every way. Travel Notes

Travelling southwards from Bristol on the A37 travel through Pensford. At the roundabout, turn right onto the A368 towards Bishop Sutton. After 2 miles, go past the turning to Chew Magna and take the next small turning on your left very shortly after, just before reaching Stowey. Travelling from Bath, take the A39 through Newton St Loe, taking the second exit (past the Globe pub). Continue on straight through Marksbury and continue onto the A368 (the right hand side of the petrol station after the traffic lights). At the roundabout, take the second exit towards Bishop Sutton. After two miles, take the small turning on your left, just before reaching Stowey.

We do a lot of work with Aardman, the creators of Wallace and Gromit, and one day the character 'Morph' came in.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Shredded sticky duck, with plum sauce and spring onion and chilli.

The tempura king prawns with sweet chilli and lime.

Crispy corn tortilla, avocado and coriander salsa.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Mac and cheese bar, with sprinkles. Bacon, cheese sprinkles. Crispy onion sprinkles too!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

We are owned by Avon wildlife trust, so all of our profits are gifted to charity.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Our personal element to what we do here for our couples, we really do go the extra mile.
