The building is stunningly beautiful and impeccably maintained - and the service offered by Jason, Niall and the staff was outstanding, a mix of calm professionalism and cheerful dedication. Our wedding at Knowsley Hall was absolutely perfect. From our initial viewing of the venue right through to our wedding day the staff were fabulous and always on hand to answer any questions. On the day itself nothing was too much trouble and the team at Knowsley Hall ensured everything ran smoothly, meaning that we could just relax and enjoy the day knowing we were in good hands! The venue is stunning and many of our guests commented on what a beautiful venue it was and how well organised the day was. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more and we are incredibly glad we chose to have our wedding at Knowsley Hall.

We are so lucky to have been able to have our wedding day at such a beautiful venue. From our very first visit up until our last, every member of the team has been fantastic. No request was too big, we had the most amazing atmosphere and host for our wedding day. The staff were exceptional, my nan and grandad struggle with mobility and they were looked after so well, the staff reduced their anxiety by always being around to help them whenever they needed it. The planning, the structure of the day, basically everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Knowsley hall, not just for the beautiful venue but the staff, the chef, everyone who makes it a truly remarkable place. We are always proud to say where we got married! And thank you to all the team for making our dreams come true for our perfect day.

I don't exaggerate when I say Knowsley Hall took care of everything and more on my wedding day. As an event coordinator myself, I did not even have a second to stress about something before Knowsley had spotted it and taken care of it to the highest quality! There is nothing they couldn't do for us and more and when it came to the wedding day, my husband and I were able to focus on each other and had the best time ever. Our guests raved about the service even! The food, the drinks, the people, the gorgeous venue, Knowsley was an absolute dream.

A once in a lifetime experience, the best day ever

The Team at Knowsley Hall made sure our wedding weekend was perfect. From accommodating our family from the afternoon before our day to the morning after our wedding, we enjoyed almost three full days of kindness and care from the Team at Knowsley Hall. Whilst the Grounds and Hall are certain to take your breath away, our guests all remarked the same - it was the care and attentiveness of the Team which shone through and ensured every person was as elated as we were on our big day. The degree of friendly support and advice from the Team was exceptional and, we feel, is Knowsley Hall’s most valuable asset. From our initial viewing, booking, arranging suppliers and logistics, and the biggest challenge of selecting from the carefully designed dishes for our Breakfast, the expertise from each member of the Team was invaluable. We also benefitted from Knowsley Hall’s brilliant offering of partner suppliers, who were each as exceptional as the Team at Knowsley themselves. If you are looking for a Team you can trust, and an idyllic story-book location, look no further than Knowsley Hall!

From the very first open evening we attended at Knowsley Hall, we knew this was going to be our wedding venue. It is a very special place. The Hall and the grounds are absolutely stunning and provide the perfect setting for your big day. Having exclusive hire really does make you feel like royalty for the day as you and your guests are free to roam the rooms and grounds as though you live there! Everybody at Knowsley was fantastic and we couldn’t fault the service. Bianca, who took us on our tours on open days, is so friendly and helpful. When we saw her at the Hall after booking our wedding, she always greeted us like old friends! Jason and Niall were outstanding on the lead up to, and during, the special day. They couldn’t do enough for us and handled everything perfectly. True professionals! We also had some guests who required additional help with mobility on the day. When we made Knowsley aware of this, they ensured that specific staff members were assigned to help these guests with their needs when necessary. This was over and above our expectations, and the guests were absolutely thrilled as they were able to relax and enjoy the day. The food was absolutely beautiful and served in a gorgeous setting. Every single detail of the day was incredible and we love looking back over the photos. We just wish we could do it all over again! Thank you so much to the whole team for everything. We are so envious of anybody who has their wedding here to look forward to!

Wow, what an incredible, unforgettable day that was! All of the staff at Knowsley Hall were amazing, especially Niall who was our superb event manager. They guided us through every step of the way and were always fast to respond to any of our emails and calls when we had questions. The venue itself is nothing short of spectacular! The halls and rooms, the staircase, the gardens, the artworks, we couldn't have asked for a better place to get married. The day itself ran so incredibly smoothly, the food (both the wedding breakfast and evening food) was delicious, and we have had many guests tell us the same. Knowsley also invited us round a few weeks in advance to try some options for the menu and to go through the details of the day, which was a lot of fun and also made us feel so relaxed knowing how everything would run. We cannot recommend Knowsley enough, and want to thank the staff once again for making our day stress-free and absolutely perfect!

We had the most amazing day from start finish, all of ours guests and suppliers who hadn’t worked at Knowsley before commented on how amazing the venue was. The staff were so friendly and helpful, every single one of them went out of their way to make our day perfect, including the wait staff who provided an endless supply of ‘ketchups in a pot’ which our 2 year old was amazed by. They got to know us, advised us on the best way to do things to help our day run smoothly and accommodated every request. We had full use of the venue from 8am on the day of our wedding, which meant our photographer and videographer were able to capture the most perfect pictures of our special venue. Before our wedding day, we were regularly in communication with Niall, Jason and Megan, they were always quick to reply and answer our questions big or small. I dropped off my wedding dress a few days before the wedding and despite hosting other events in the mean time, my dress was kept safe in a locked room along with lots of other supplies we left with staff. Although we had hired a company to dress the venue, we had some personal touches to add, the staff at Knowsley followed our requests to the letter and everything looked better than we could have imagined. On the day, guests who had travelled to attend the wedding arrived early and were made to feel very welcome. Guests never had an empty glass or plate and the food was perfect. During our evening reception, staff made sure there was never a wait at the bar, there was plenty of space for people who wanted to escape the music and staff were very attentive ensuring our older guests had cups of tea and coffee. Once everyone had left, the guests who were staying at the venue were served drinks to the residents lounge and despite it being late, they were always happy to help. The bridal suite and guest rooms were perfect and kept to the highest standard, breakfast the next morning was great and by the time we had all made it downstairs, no one wanted to leave! We had the most amazing time and couldn’t recommend Knowsley hall enough. I can’t wait to go back and stay during their upcoming events. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our day perfect ! X
