Wickham Estate Vineyard is a unique wedding venue set amongst a beautiful 40-acre vineyard. Specially renovated to hold weddings, the grounds hold an outdoor and indoor ceremony space, quaint courtyard, main barn, on-site accommodation and not to mention the many beautiful spots perfect for photos.
The 2 spectacular ceremony areas are;
The Gazebo - The gazebo is tucked in among the vines. The wow factor when it comes to outdoor weddings. With a long aisle to make your entrance, it certainly will be a ceremony to remember.
The Vine Room- a naturally beautiful setting with large floor to ceiling windows that showcase the stunning vines. Large halo chandeliers and the neutral colour palette makes this room so special and intimate.
The main barn called, The Old Winery was remodeled to hold your wedding breakfast and evening reception. With original wooden beams, chandeliers made of vintage crystal cut wine glasses, fairy lights and 10ft oak doors that make a grand entrance and open out into the adjoining courtyard.
The vineyard has a relaxed, romantic atmosphere that flows beautifully through the day and is the perfect combination of outside and inside. Enjoy the amazing sunsets over the vines and stay cosy and warm in the Old Winery. Whatever your dream wedding is, Wickham Estate can bring that to life. With our friendly and dedicated team of coordinators to help you through the planning process and on your special day itself.
Wickham Estate caters for up to 85 guests for the ceremony and wedding breakfast and up to 150 evening receptions.

We are so glad we found them! From the moment we saw the vineyard we knew that this was the venue for us. We chose Wickham Estate because it perfectly fit the type of day we were going for. We were looking for a venue that was relaxed and not too formal, but still with a beautiful backdrop and felt special, and the vineyard fit the bill perfectly. The team is absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they are such a wonderful bunch of people. In particular we wanted to say a massive thank you to Abbie and Amy who always had an answer to our endless questions and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day itself. They took the time to get to know us as a couple and to understand what we wanted the day to look and feel like, and they worked so hard to make sure the wedding day we imagined became a reality. We visited a lot in the 18 months between booking and our big day, and we can honestly say that the venue is stunning in every season. We went for an autumn wedding, and we're so glad we did. Wandering through the vines in the late evening sun is a memory that we will hold onto forever, it was so peaceful and a moment of calm in an otherwise hectic day. All of our guests have commented on how incredible the venue was, and it truly was the best decision we could have made. The whole day was just perfect. We're sad that we aren't able to do it all again, but Wickham Estate has given us the best memories of a wedding day that totally surpassed our expectations, and we couldn't be more grateful. Despite the rain and cold (in August!!), the surroundings were beautiful, the staff were friendly and the venue itself was elegant, charming and full of character. Little did we know that a year on, we would have the most perfect day of our lives with blue skies and bright sunshine! From the outset, the customer service was impeccable. We were guided through every decision with knowledge and expertise from all the wedding co-ordinators and we can't thank Keira, in particular, enough for going above and beyond. She may us feel like the only people who have ever got married there making every moment so special. Hannah and the team at Exquisite Caterers were just as professional, approachable and helpful not to mention some of the most delicious food we've ever had! A huge shout out to the wine as well! We chose the venue because of the amazing location and how picturesque it was and didn't expect to have such incredible wine as well! The whole day ran smoothly and even if something went wrong, we would never have known! The staff worked tirelessly to make it unforgettable. The atmosphere was amazing; the day was full of fun and laughter and nothing was too much or too complicated for the team at Wickham Estate. The canapés and main meal food were delicious and everyone we spoke to complimented the food, the wine and the venue - they all had such a great time. We loved the flow of the day through the venue and we were lucky with the weather which meant we could make good use of the vineyard and centre outdoor area for some beautiful photos. The staff were so helpful in moving our decorations between rooms for us so we maximised their use and we were also impressed with how they worked with the DJ and Amy’s father’s band to make the evening reception so much fun. Having a summer wedding and also lots of kids in the family, it was so important to us to have a nice outdoor area. The ceremony area is so picturesque, it was exactly what we were looking for. Without a doubt though, the courtyard was the best area. Having that outdoor area to hold the drinks reception, set up kids activities and seating in the sun and shade simply made the day, as many of our guests also agreed. It is the perfect size, just big enough to not feel overcrowded, but not small enough people felt cramped.The wedding breakfast area was perfectly planned out so everybody could see the top table and also hear the speeches! And when the tables were cleared in the evening the dance floor was the perfect size and right by the bar which was ideal.The venue was perfectly clean and amazingly decorated and it has enough parking for everyone that can be left overnight.Not one person could fault the food either, the portions were more than enough and all delicious! Drinks were very reasonably priced and we and all the guests too never had an empty hand. The on site house was a blessing also. Having an area for people to go and get a quiet minute if needed for a tea or coffee and also for the all the bridesmaids to get ready in the morning took so much stress off them and maybe their preparation so so much easier! I honestly couldn’t fault the place at all.From the minute we began planning the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and tailored to our every need. In particular Lucy! She was absolutely incredible! Every single thing we needed or wanted she went above an beyond to do for us! The team were great at making sure everything ran like clockwork, and even when the rain got in the way they pivoted the day and shuffled our timings to mean people weren’t outside getting cold. We had the most perfect day, just wish we could relive it all over again! From getting ready in the morning in a really chilled environment, to the perfect ceremony and a wonderful meal. It’s hard to say just one part that was our favourite, the whole day was just so amazing! Our day was just perfect!
