Huge Thank you again to you Courtney and for the team behind the scenes. You smashed it out the park pulling the wedding together quickly taking stress away. I am so thankful you took us on and were great. Thank you for making everything and accommodating our extra requests making my life easy when I was busy. We had such a fantastic day.

The people we were in contact with throughout the planning process for our wedding were all excellent, generous, helpful, responsive and kind. Courtney, particularly, stepped in later in the process due to a couple of other staff members moving on (maternity leave and other things I think) and she was so supportive and genuinely excited to make our day amazing. We had a very complicated dinner list with dietary requirements but everything was catered for - we even had an utterly delicious

Nothing could have prepared us for how beautiful our wedding would be at Hatfield house. The venue itself is straight out of a fairytale, and all of our guests were blown away by the location. Courtney and her team went above and beyond to make the day perfect for us, from answering our millions of questions to working tirelessly with all of our suppliers to be as accommodating as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

Courtney was phenomenal from start to finish. We were constantly in touch with questions, which she answered quickly, and helped drive us towards decisions around suppliers which really made the day special. We couldn't fault any of the staff on the day either - the kitchen staff, waiters, bar staff and event management ensured the day went literally perfectly. Can't recommend this venue and team highly enough!

The venue offered everything we needed, from a gorgeous inside space, to areas for the bride and groom to get ready, as well as exclusive access to the beautiful knot and rose gardens for our drinks reception and photographs. From the very beginning, we were blown away by the enthusiasm of Hatfield House’s wedding coordinator, Courtney. She was nothing but professional and dedicated to making our special day absolutely perfect.

Super professional and so organised, the day was seamless. Chris was an absolute superstar as well and made sure everything was prepped and ready to go on the day and that everything kept to time - this was a huge task as our wedding party met the venue's maximum capacity. We had the best day ever - the venue is stunning, the food was delish, the drinks kept flowing, the staff were attentive. We have had so many compliments from our guests who couldn't believe how perfect and magical the day was

In the lead up to the day the HH staff were friendly, accommodating, and always keen to help us with any queries or little changes we needed to make. On the wedding itself, Chris coordinated the events of entire day along with his team of staff and everything went perfectly. He checked in throughout to make sure all was well and his calm demeanor was just what we needed. The HH staff are clearly very well practiced at undertaking weddings here and it really shows. Couldn't recommend them enough

Courtney and the team on the floor - Chris etc were Absolutely amazing! Our day was a dream and more perfect than we could have ever imagined!! The room looked amazing everyone said it looked like a pop up fairytale. I just smile every time i think about it! The food was amazing, service incredible, it was all wonderful. From the minute we stepped into the Old Palace back in Aug 2020, something clicked for us and we knew it had to be our wedding venue. It was the best day ever from start to finish. I've never been to a big event where everyone said how great the food was. And that's what people remember! Bar was perfectly sized for the numbers, and everyone was blown away by the venue itself. Everyone in one room, no waiting around in side halls, beautiful gardens on site, oozing history, it's perfect.

Lucy and I just wanted to drop you a quick message to say a massive THANK YOU to you and everyone at Hatfield House for helping to make our wedding one of the best days of our lives. Ahead of the day, you were great in helping us to think of all the extra bits that we need to think about, and flexible to all our requests. On the day, from start to finish, everything ran perfectly, and we even got the weather we wanted! The venue was set up beautifully, and we had so many comments from our guests of how spectacular it looked. On the day, the team were attentive, and there exactly when you needed them - a special shout out to Chris too - who was absolutely fantastic. He even offered to come back to the venue on the Tuesday - his day off - so we could pick up items from the venue.
