We have four gorgeous ceremony options to suit all weddings. Whether within the garden room, marquee, on the terrace or top lawn, all ceremony areas overlook the wonderful gardens and create the perfect setting to say your vows. Our marquee is fitted with glass bi-fold doors, bar and nightclub. Along with the outdoor bar with built in pizza oven and BBQ, Hilltop Country House has so much to offer for your special day. On-site we have four modern bedrooms, all en-suite with fabulous views. The bridal suite is not only the perfect space to spend your time after the best day of your lives, but ideal to enjoy the morning being pampered and prepped. Additionally, we also have a good number of rooms available at a newly built spa and hotel, just 5 minutes down the road from Hilltop Country House. All of this is exclusively yours!
We have 4 lovely ensuite rooms, sleeping up to 10 people. The bridal suite is included in your venue hire fee for the day and evening of your wedding. A continental breakfast is included for Hilltop staying guests. We are also in partnership with a local hotel and spa, just 5 minutes down the road where you will receive a number of rooms at a discounted rate. Additionally, there are plenty of hotels and Air B&B accommodation nearby.
Yes, we have an excellent in-house kitchen and bar team to serve you your idyllic wedding breakfast food and drinks. We can cater for all dietary and allergy requirements additional to your menu. As the couple, you will have the opportunity to come along to a tasting evening prior to your wedding to try your chosen food and drinks.
Personal touches are what it is all about. We love when couples put a twist on their food and drink through bespoke food menus and signature cocktail menus that relate to their culture, their favourite holiday or even where they first met! It's super special when couples bring wedding photos from people in their family, to see the generations of marriage is wonderful!

The timings of your wedding day depend on what you have planned. We will offer our expert advice to guide you in what works best for the timings of the day. If you’re holding your legal ceremony at Hilltop, you can marry at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm. The Hilltop bar and disco ends at 12am, we ask guests to book their carriages for 12:15am. Please get in touch with your wedding planner to discuss access timings on the morning of your wedding.
Yes! Whether be at a wedding or overnight stay, dogs are more than welcome at Hilltop.
Our marquee seats up to 180 guests and you can have up to 200 guests in the evening of your wedding. Our round tables seat between 6-12 guests and straight tables seat 3 guests either side. For your outdoor ceremony, we can seat 130 guests on the terrace and 150 guests on the top lawn. For your indoor ceremony, we can seat 64 guests in the ceremony room and 180 guests in the marquee. Please keep in mind for your ceremony, this doesn’t include you as the couple!
We are licenced to hold civil ceremonies in 4 areas. You can legally marry indoors in our ceremony room or marquee and outdoors on our terrace or top lawn.
