Nestled in four and a half acres of beautiful gardens, our beautiful historic hall makes the perfect backdrop for a wedding. With room for up to 350 guests, we can host everything from intimate private ceremonies to larger events which last long into the night. The months ahead will be among the most exciting of your life. The hotel staff went above and beyond for our wedding from making sure everything was set to even using hotel chair covers because our venue dresses minutes before I was due to walk down decided to drop in that the chair covers wouldn’t fit and that if we wanted them regardless we would need to pay labour, the hotel wasn’t having that on our special day so they got there own chair covers and worked till the way red and sweating to make sure the room was set and ready to go and no stress was caused. I can’t recommend this hotel and there staff enough absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond for you, your stress free and just ready to enjoy your day if it wasn’t for them the wedding would have been a shambles😞 thank you so much to the team at the double tree by Hilton you out did yourselves absolutely amazing thank you so much from the brazenalls I don’t even know where to begin what an absolutely amazing day!!! - HHayley&Nathan10/06/2025The best day I could ask for The best day I could ask forWe had the most amazing day and couldn’t have asked for more, Paige was absolutely amazing she answered all my silly questions for months and made so many alterations to everything even when we decided on a room change for the wedding day!! She handled everything so well and was so helpful she talked us through the whole day on what the plan was and set up our rooms and made sure I was happy with it before the guests entered the room we had the best staff of that day even the bar staff went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommended getting married here enough! They go above and beyond to make your day beautiful! Even from a confusion with our bridal suite and Paige came to the rescue to sort everything out for us and we were in the bridal room we paid for within the hour! The day went so perfectly with no glitches it literally felt we were living our dream fairytale day! The food was outstanding, the rooms and gardens were exceptional! We honestly just want to do our day over and over again!! Would highly, highly, highly recommend 1000000 times over!!!From start to finish Paige was there for us, through every question (I was always emailing her) and every detail, nothing was too much for Paige and the team! Our wedding was the best day of our lives, we enjoyed every minute. The staff especially Paige went above and beyond for us. I have coeliac disease and the hotel was amazing catering for me. The food was delicious. I would recommend the hilton to anyone who is looking for a venue for their wedding. The team at the hilton couldn't do enough for us and Paige was with us through every step of planning our day I couldn't of done it without her she even calmed me down the morning of the wedding. I stayed over the night before with my bridesmaids and daughter and we were treated like royalty and I was allowed to decorate the room myself the evening before which I thought was brilliant and the team were on hand to help with anything we needed. The food was amazing we had a three course meal for our wedding breakfast and a buffet in the evening but there was lots of other choices. Overall I would 100% recommend this venue everything was perfect!Literally the best day ever from start to finish! The team at the hilton couldn't do enough for us and Paige was with us through every step of planning our day I couldn't of done it without her she even calmed me down the morning of the wedding. We had the most magical wedding there on friday 20th October. Paige you are absolutely amazing a magic wedding fairy bringing all requests and my ideas to life so calm and professional at all times, you bent over backwards for us even putting Yorkshire puds with our meal when you overheard me mentioning at the food taster evening, the food is absolutely delicious all guests complimented how tasty it was and the street food buffet was a massive success. all staff at this hotel are friendly, professional and genuinely seem happy and enjoy their work. We were treated like royalty and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day sparkle and one we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Seems no request is too big or too small and the hotel and staff will do anything to make sure you're happy and enjoy your time at the hotel, the dj was absolutely brillaint played all song requests, karaoke and kept the kids entertained all night. rooms are gorgeous as well our wedding bedroom was massive and decorated beautifully. Our ‘ small’ wedding of around 50 people soon grew to over 150 and Paige was calm and thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. We started by booking a small room and ended up in the incredible Ballroom with a band and DJ, caterers to provide amazing food. Paige liaised well with everyone. We can’t thank you enough Paige for making sure that every detail was perfect. The grounds were beautiful for our photos too. We can’t recommend Double Tree highly enough. ♥️ What can I say! We have the amazing Etruria Hall as part of our venue which is a Grade II listed house and former home of the potter Josiah Wedgwood.
