Donnington Grove lies West of Newbury in Berkshire; a county known for its regal connections, beautiful countryside and charming historic towns. The venue whilst nestled in its 500 acres of picturesque grounds is also easily accessible to the M4 providing easy access to London and other major cities. Your out-of-town guests can enjoy a peaceful journey by road or train, with the nearest station just 2 miles away.
The 18th century style country house is set at the end of a winding drive through rolling golf course and countryside. A picturesque bridge takes you over the River Lambourn passing ducks and swans and on to pass breathtaking views over the lake before arriving at the grand entrance. There is no more perfect a setting to return to later and capture magical photo moments as newlyweds.
Donnington Grove can host civil ceremonies of up to 100 guests and evening celebrations for up to 150. For smaller ceremonies our Avon Room offers an intimate and cosy space. Should you wish for a more unique experience, the Japanese temple in our walled garden is breathtaking, a truly unforgettable location to share your vows.
