Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Good old fashioned customer service. Food excellent from our wedding meal to breakfast and snacks. Ross Hamilton , hotel manager was the perfect host to everyone and was on hand to make sure everything was covered and perfect from the fist time we met him in January 2017 until we left the day after our wedding in May 2017. We had many guests that came from various parts of the country and they were so impressed with the perfect venue we had chosen for our special day and couldn't believe how well everything was catered for. We had a few guests with special dietary requirements and they were catered for with no problem. If you want the perfect wedding with the perfect setting and the perfect venue the it has to be the Devon Hotel. The day flowed so well, even though it was pouring with rain! Plan B was put into action without us even needing to be informed! I have been to so many wedding reception when I have left hungry - there was no chance of that at the Devon Hotel - the food was really good and there was no shortage. From the set up and table décor to the chair covers and backdrop it was all so smooth. Our honeymoon suite was lovely and new and breakfast was great too!
