Each wedding we host is unique to Crug Glas whether it be 4 guests to 530. We have two buildings the main house which can hold up to 20 people for ceremony and wedding breakfast then we also have The Cowshed which can hold from 20-530 guests. As all of our weddings are bespoke we highly recommend a private viewing to discuss your individual requirements.

The venue is stunning, the rooms are unique and luxurious, and the food was delicious! The staff were great, they were on hand for anything needed and ensured the day ran smoothly. Sandra was fantastic from our first meeting, and honestly was a big selling point for us. She made us feel confident about doing things our way and nothing was too much. She was attentive to every query I had leading up to our day and everything felt easy. Thank you! From start to finish, the entire experience was truly magical. The venue itself is stunning, full of character and warmth, and provided the ideal backdrop for the best day of our lives. A particularly special mention must go to Sandra. She was an absolute dream to work with — calm, organised, thoughtful, and completely dedicated to making our day everything we hoped it would be. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her support and kindness. The food was absolutely incredible, hats off to Dom, and we were able to choose exactly what we wanted with no fuss whatsoever. I still have people telling me they still dream of that beef dinner! Wedding Reception, September 2025We held our wedding reception for 100 guests at Crug Glas in September 2025, and it was the most beautiful day at the most stunning venue. Everything from start to finish was impeccable. The Venue & The Team A truly unique thing about Crug Glas is that the venue is exclusively yours for the whole weekend. It’s a genuine ‘blank canvas’ which you can put your own stamp on. This was brilliant, as it meant we had a few days to prepare and choose our own theme and decorations, making the place feel truly ours for the day. Throughout the run up to the wedding, the communication was fantastic. We were always able to get in touch and have questions answered promptly, which really helped put our minds at ease. We were made to feel so special. Sandra, Bethan, Janet, Perkin, and the entire team were absolutely fantastic. Sandra, in particular, became a friend from the moment we met her. She was so personal and relaxed, it made the whole planning process so easy. The team was so accommodating for our every need and truly went the extra mile. They even saved us some canapés for when we arrived from the church, and put aside some evening food for us after the party had finished! Nothing ever felt like a chore or a big ask. The Food: A True Highlight The food was one of the absolute highlights of the day. The best thing about Crug Glas is the flexibility they offer. Although they provide example set menus, we were able to choose our own choices and create a bespoke menu. We certainly went 'off-piste' with our options, and the chefs and kitchen team did a splendid job accommodating us! The portions were perfect and so, so delicious. Location & Accommodation The venue itself is simply stunning, with so many areas to choose from for photos (rain or shine). Its location is perfect—quiet and just a short drive inland from the picturesque Pembrokeshire coast, and also a short drive from St Davids. This was ideal for our guests who weren't staying at the venue (it's only a 10-minute taxi to the Premier Inn, which was fantastic). As for the on-site accommodation, well, what can we say! The rooms were stunning, so comfortable, and cosy. Janet and the team have done such a great job; we loved the detail and uniqueness of each room. The breakfast was simply divine, too, with full breakfast and continental options. We will certainly be booking a few nights in the near future! Our Final Thoughts Words simply can't do justice to how Crug Glas made our day everything and more for my wife and I. The day felt seamless, and we were made to feel so special. They really went all out for us from the start. Even communicating at the beginning and meeting up with Sandra before the day to go through the details was done efficiently and we knew we were in very good hands. Sandra helped us decide what would work best for us as a small wedding party but no detail was left out. Then the lead up to and the day itself was managed superbly. They took care of us all day and nothing was ever too much. Even the day before when I realised that my veil would not stay in place (I had it clipped onto the shoulders of my dress, but it kept falling off) they thankfully had a needle and thread on hand so that my mum could sew it to the dress and it looked even better. They decorated the dining room beautifully and always asked if there was anything more they could do or they would be happy to change if need be. We are so incredibly thankful for Crug Glas, they ensured a day to remember with no stress or fuss, only fun and laughter and incredible food. Yes, the food was fabulous!! Again, nothing was too much when we had a look at the menu and wanted something that would suit a small wedding party. We wanted a roast dinner for us with all the trimmings and they certainly delivered above and beyond. Every year the four us at the wedding have decided to go back each day as close to the original wedding day as possible and celebrate again and again. Our wedding planning was pure chaos (as is our nature) with an almost two year old in the mix! All the staff were absolutely amazing and turned the chaos into the most beautiful and stress-free day! We can’t fault the advice and suggestions we received. The menu tasting was a first class experience, and nothing was too much trouble. Having the venue from Thursday afternoon was brilliant, it meant we could decorate and organise deliveries without too much stress. Then the big day arrived, and everything ran smoothly thanks to the wonderful staff. A special thank you must go to the wedding co-ordinator Sandra, the communication from day one has been excellent, from suggesting companies for hiring chairs, photographers etc to helping setting up and keeping things in order on the day. One thing all guests remember from a wedding is the food, and we have heard nothing but fantastic compliments from all our guests, and we would have to agree. We were lucky to have a dry day on the 5th October, although a very windy one, we enjoyed walking the grounds for some beautiful shots, along with some at the door way of the beautiful house. It truly was a fantastic day that could not of gone so well, and ran so smoothly if it wasn’t for the support and experience of the wonderful Janet, Perkin and Sandra. Diolch yn fawr iawn.
