Fforest

We're still on cloud 9 from our wedding at the weekend at fforest and still can't get over it! We planned the whole thing in three months which could have been very stressful but Leanne was sensational. So supportive, funny and warm - making the process such a joy. In fact all the staff have been incredible, special shout out to Bronwen and the fforest elves who went above and beyond, taking all the stress away and just being fantastic. Fforest was every bit as magical and beautiful as we hoped.

The whole process was fantastic - the planning and preparations were thorough and communication excellent, always there to answer our questions. The staff who looked after us over the weekend were incredible and really contributed to the relaxed vibe of Fforest, which definitely rubbed off on our guests too. Even they commented on how helpful and brilliant everyone was. Nothing was left out, and all the hard work that went on behind the scenes didn’t go unnoticed!

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our special day. The staff who helped us plan our wedding were so lovely and knowledgeable. Additionally, the staff onsite were attentive and non-intrusive, helping our weekend run smoothly. The venue itself is stunning! It easily accommodated all of our friends and family who loved being able to stay on site and enjoy the magic of Fforest all weekend. We opted for a vegetarian wedding and were so pleased with the array of delicious food options!

We hosted our wedding at Fforest Farm in August 2024. The big day could not have gone better, we started the day with a morning swim in the river, held our ceremony in their quarry which had beautiful dappled light, and our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed the delicious food many months later.We are really grateful to the team at Fforest for their hard work and effort - particularly Bronwyn and Leanne, they were both so warm and welcoming and made the whole thing feel easy.

We stayed on rainy March weekend and fell in love with the place, so we were over the moon to celebrate our marriage here the following summer. The most incredible wedding anyone could dream of, thanks in large part to the brilliant efforts of the entire team. The organisation from booking through to final goodbyes was faultless. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, the design of everything was spot on and the food was delicious. Every single guest was singing your praises, and unsurprisingly

I think I've shot around 5 weddings here and I still haven't made use of every beautiful backdrop it is an absolute dream. The last wedding I shot here took place outdoors in the little quarry (no, it's way nicer than it sounds - just look at the picture!) and was probably the most unique and picturesque ceremony I've ever shot. While I'm here I've got to shout out the brilliant staff and the outstanding food that I was lucky enough to sample at my last job. Finally, the couples...what is it about Fforest couples...they're all such ridiculously nice people!

The best decision we made when planning our wedding was to have it at fforest. From start to finish of the planning process the fforest team were amazing and worked with us to create an event that was entirely unique to us. Fforest is an amazing place and having it to ourselves with your friends and family for a whole weekend was so special. Every single member of the fforest team went above and beyond to create our dream wedding and to make our friends and family feel at home for that weekend.

The staff, the location, the accommodation and all the small details made the day utterly magical from start to finish. fforest was incredibly flexible and adaptable to mine and my husband's needs and desires which created a really personal wedding day. The food was impeccable, homemade, locally sourced and delicious. Fforest created an entire vegan menu for our wedding day and we couldn't fault it.

fforest is the most magical venue, the beauty of it shines throughout the weekend and we felt so lucky to be able to get married at fforest with our loved ones. The whole process of planning the wedding to the day itself was such a joy and we can't thank everyone involved enough.

The Fforest grounds are insanely stunning, immaculately kept and full of character. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the staff were on hand from the very start of the planning process to ensure that our vision was not only achieved, but passed all of our wildest expectations.
