Crowne Plaza Solihull

We got married at the Crowne Plaza on 10th Aug 24, and all I can say is wow! A special thank you to Cymone for putting up with me the past couple months and answering all my questions. Absolutely amazing help at getting everything organised to ensure everything was perfect on the day. Also to Gary who made sure the day itself all ran so smoothly; he was absolutely fantastic. In fact all the staff were amazing - we had so many compliments especially the food!! 5*!! It was the perfect day; perfect venue. Mr & Mrs Martin!!!!

Fantastic venue in every aspect. The location, surroundings and personal touches by our Bridal Co-ordinator, Cymone, made the whole event a huge success. Every detail was catered for, with no fuss. Cymone liaised with us about every step and detail to ensure we were happy from start to finish. I cannot recommend this event highly enough. Every brides dream to feel they can totally rely on Cymone and the Crowne Plaza in Solihull to deliver an exceptional wedding venue and service.

We had our reception at the Crowne Plaza in Solihull. Cymone managed our booking from a year beforehand when we actually booked and was extremely organised. She was able to deal with any changes we had. The wedding breakfast was great and so was the buffet. All our guests enjoyed it. Some guests also stayed over at the hotel too on a reduced guest rate as part of our package. Gary made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. The DJ was really good and we had lovely surroundings for our pictures. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect day, everything went like clockwork. The staff were so friendly and kept us updated via a WhatsApp group, sent us photos of the tables once decorated and room set up. We got married at the hotel and they arrange to collect us from our room and take us to the ceremony. All our guests were looked after and the food was excellent. Once we had booked the venue the wedding coordinator was in touch on a regular basis, inviting us for a coffee and a catch up. They made our day very special and if we had to do it all again, we would choose this hotel.

We booked our wedding here as we won a competition, it was a great venue for us as we don’t live that far from here. Cymone was great with the communication side of things. She helped us from the start. Thank you very much. The only thing that was wrong with our day was the bar was card only but we wasn’t told about this. Once I spoke to someone about it they did so the one bar cash as I didn’t tell my guests it was card only due to us not knowing this. The room was dressed amazingly and the food was to die for. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work on our special day.

Absolutely beautiful hotel you will not be disappointed. Friendly staff, ideal place to stay for getting married, which I did. Across the road from Solihull registration office, clean, nice food, just lovely,

Just wanted to drop you an email to say a massive thank you. Jo, Gary and everyone behind the scenes made our wedding day even more amazing than we could have ever imagined. All the guests have commented how perfect the day was and we couldn't agree more. You all made it so special for us and we couldn't be more grateful, so thank you and we wish you all the luck with future weddings.

I wanted to send a message to share a really big thank you for all you did to support us in making our wedding day such a fun and memorable day for everybody. The venue was perfect and the room decorated beautifully. Ash kept everything running smoothly and to time and really helped us to feel ease knowing all was under control - we could just enjoy our day and evening.

I just want to say a huge thank you for your support with organising and hosting my nans 80th Birthday party on Saturday. It was a great day. Everyone complicated the venue, the food was excellent and Ash and his team were extremely helpful on the day – please do pass on our thanks. The Prosecco and card for Nan was a lovely touch as well so thank you. All in all 10/10 and I knew I’d made the right call with choosing Crowne Plaza Solihull for this special Birthday.
