I just wanted to say thank you and the rest of the staff for all your help in making the party a success. Bar staff and yourself couldn’t do enough for us on the night and we appreciate how everything was handled .

Our experience of our wedding at Crown Plaza was a positive one from start to finish. We could not have had the day we did with the Events Team, especially Cymone. The Wedding Packages vary and there will be one to suit everyone. Everything we suggested she made happen. They were definitely the right choice for us. We cannot thank you enough for making our day so extra special ☺️

In terms of the process for booking and arranging of the details, I can honestly say that you were amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process. So I would offer a huge thank you for all of your help and support and I hope Crowne Plaza realise what an asset you are and a great ambassador for the hotel.

I can honestly say that the booking process was straightforward and you explained the options available in an easy to understand way. On the day of the party everything went like clockwork and the buffet was spot on. The mix of food and quality was excellent and all guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The Crowne Plaza team made our celebration special.

I got married here yesterday & Cymone helped me organise everything she was amazing! On the day she handed over to Gary who was absolutely brilliant they missed nothing!! 2 young lads working as well were absolutely on point with working over and making sure it was all perfect unfortunately only got the 1 name of the lad Daniel. The gents on front desk LOVE the banter and ever so friendly. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough if you are thinking of marrying here staff went above and beyond.

Cymone was with us every step of the way helping us with all the planning, meeting with us face to face and several emails and phone calls putting our minds at ease...The room looked beautiful. Afterwards we managed to have photos in the grounds which were stunning for the pics and luckily the rain held off...The staff worked hard to set up the reception room, it looked amazing, everything was in its place...All our guests commented on on what a great time they had.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help, support and advice on our wedding. We had the best day and all the staff were amazing. Will certainly be recommending this venue to everyone and of course you. So once again thank you. Natalie and Steve

We had a wonderful day yesterday. Thank you so much for facilitating this for us. The waiting staff were so professional and helpful. We didn’t make it easy for them, because many of us changed places during the meal. They coped with this admirably. The table layout was ideal for us. The food was delicious. It’s never easy to cater for 27 people of all ages coming together from different places. Everyone went away happy. You met the challenge in every way. Thank you.
