We'd love to give a particular thank you to Izzy, Laura and Natalie. The serving staff and bar staff were super approachable and friendly and we couldn't have asked for more. We'd like to say a massive thank you to Brooke also, everything has ran smoothly and made our day run smoothly with no anxiety. The experience was genuinely exactly what we dreamed and hoped for. We had specific and important medical dietary requirements which were treated with care and importance throughout. All of the staff were so kind, welcoming and impossibly helpful. They really made the whole party feel cherished and at ease. The venue is stunning but the facilities, grounds and accommodation were exceptionally clean, great to look at and the teams who look after them clearly take pride in how the place looks. Our food was all delicious, perfect timing and portion sizes. The wine was perfect temperature and great quality. Fred behind the bar was a delight. As we were let down on our dog care last minute the way the team immediately facilitated them staying with us, providing beds, bowls, treats not to mention putting up with their ridiculous neediness and misbehaving. Everyone in your staff involved from checking in to checking out has our enduring thanks. New Hall will always be the most special place to us and we will return. It honestly couldn't have been better, and all of the guests thought the food, staff, service...pretty much everything was absolutely top notch. I have never seen so many empty plates! We found that high standards were maintained throughout from booking the wedding event to the wedding day itself. Our sincere thanks must go to Brooke who worked with us to plan the day. We felt very special celebrating our marriage at New Hall. We wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else.We would like to thank the management and staff at New Hall Hotel & Spa for the professional and friendly service provided on our wedding day on 28 February 2023. On the wedding day, Izzy and Laura did such a fantastic job ensuring our wedding day went smoothly. The venue itself is magical, our guests loved New Hall and were blown away by it. We would 110% recommend anyone to have their wedding at New Hall Hotel, it truly is a dream wedding venue with the building being surrounded by the moat where the beautiful water lilies are, all the greenery, the history of the place makes it so grand and majestic and royal. Our family stayed in the hotel rooms and every single one of them loved their rooms, they loved the service. And we were absolutely lucky enough to have breakfast together the next day in the main chamber (where we had our ceremony the day before). Whenever I visit the staff are friendly, helpful and kindly assertive.
