Crowne Plaza Leeds

From our very first meeting when looking for a venue for our reception and evening do right till we checked out, the staff could not have done more to help us plan and enjoy our day. Would recommend them to everyone.

Please pass on a special thanks to Nico who worked so hard on Saturday and was friendly and calm throughout. His friendliness and professionalism were commented on by a number of guests who were all impressed with the reception, and their whole stay. We are aware that there is a much bigger team working hard to make our time successful, so please pass on our thanks to them too. We know that you hold many weddings in the hotel, and the efficient way the staff worked...ours felt really special.

I don’t actually have the words for how grateful and thankful we are to both of your and the team. You have been phenomenal throughout and on the day the venue looked incredible beyond what I ever could have imagined. Harriet you have been my biggest source of support since I enquired advising me and supporting throughout. Nico it was an honour to work with you. The chicken was INSANE. You were so fun to be around and made any worries I had disappear instantly.

We would like to say a big thank you to Harriet for being there from day 1 of organising our wedding. We can't believe how fast our day had gone but we absolutely loved every second of it, from start to finish. We also want to say a big thank you to Nico and the rest of the Crowne Plaza team that helped on our big day! The day itself was sensational and Nico put us both at easy. Our 3-course meal was delicious, all of our guests including us both have said how lovely this all was.

Me and my wife had our wedding at Crowne Plaza last week and I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives!!! The staff were amazing and so organised.. staff went above and beyond for us and the guests!!! Definitely recommend to all people looking for a gorgeous reception and venue!!

The day was brilliant thank you, had such a lovely time, the room was perfect on the day and the night. All our guest stated what a lovely wedding it was, it was very emotional day but perfect. Just wanted to thank you for all you have done for the lead up to our big day, you was very approachable and helped us as much as you could with anything we needed, thanks. Also big thank you to Nico and the team on the day, they was great. I wish you well in everything you do Harriet.

Wanted to send a quick message just to say a big thank you to you and every member of staff that helped with our wedding. A special mention also to Chris and James honestly they couldn't of done enough for us. Everything was just perfect! All our family and friends have said how how caring they were and making sure they had everything they needed. The food and everything right down to the last little detail. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. I wish we could do it all again!

In summary, I just wanted to say a really big thank you to you and the rest of the team; not just for Saturday, you've been amazing for the last few years! We had the most perfect day, surrounded by all the people we love, and everyone made it so easy for us to enjoy it. We felt a bit like celebrities - everyone knew who we were (from the reception team to the bar staff, and everyone else we met) and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed.

Just wanted to express our gratitude for helping to make our day so special. Darren and Kasia were exceptional, Darren was so attentive on the day he really made sure everything went smoothly. The room setup was fantastic, everyone did a great job doing that. Food was exceptional, everyone rushed to eat the buffet, late night munchies were gone within 5 minutes (those goats cheese and beetroot Bon Bon’s were sublime) Everyone that we encountered throughout the weekend was absolutely lovely.
