The self-catering cottages are comfortably furnished & spotlessly clean. They are located in Tawstock, a few minutes drive from Barnstaple, surrounded by farmland, woods & fields. The pool & hot tub are wonderful & the facility to book. There’s a small playground & wooded areas to walk on site. The Malin's, who manage the site, are highly professional, approachable & very competent. Definitely a fantastic place & space.Corffe Cottages is one of my favourite places in North Devon. Every few years my family all have a big get together and there is a lot of us so was really happy to find such a beautiful place that could sleep us all. Both the big house & cottages were amazing and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The kitchen is a fantastic space to entertain, and the cinema/games room makes for a proper holiday and social space! The grounds are great for kids and adults alike. Would 100% recommend. With beautiful local beaches nearby, and a easy to access from the M5 do not hesitate to book.The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the bathrooms and many and modern. We hosted an open mic night on the Friday (complete with local bar service), had the wedding party on Saturday with a big-pan paella for dinner, and on Sunday, a relaxed trip to the beach. Having the ceremony under the trees was utterly magical – the house and gardens created a stunning backdrop. Corffe was our dream venue from the start – we wanted somewhere beautiful where our guests could stay with us for the whole weekend, and Corffe offered exactly that. We hosted an open mic night on the Friday (complete with local bar service), had the wedding party on Saturday with a big-pan paella for dinner, and on Sunday, a relaxed trip to the beach. Having the ceremony under the trees was utterly magical – the house and gardens created a stunning backdrop.
