We had the best wedding day we could have imagined! The food was amazing, everything ran seamlessly to time, and the service was spot on from start to finish - all surrounded by so much love and laughter. Tyran, our wedding manager, was quick to respond and full of helpful ideas, an absolute wedding expert. He was flexible on meeting times as well which was extremely helpful for us and work schedules. Mackenzie, the operations manager, kept the day flowing with such grace and humour, always there when needed but never intrusive, he felt like part of the family by the end of the night. Big thanks also to Ed and Sarah behind the bar, who brought so much fun and energy, and to the housekeeping team who went above and beyond moving the bridal party’s chaos from our prep lodge into the honeymoon suite so it was all ready for us. The venue itself is perfect for a more intimate wedding - nestled in beautiful woodland with speckled light, reflections across the lake, and just seconds from the breathtaking Yorkshire views of Surprise Point. The photo opportunities are endless, and the setting feels both magical and personal. We’re so glad we chose local, not only for the wonderful service but also so we can come back and relive the memories. The complimentary spa access for wedding couples the month before the day was an amazing bonus, giving us time to relax together in the run-up which can be a pretty stressful time. We cannot recommend the Chevin Hotel and Spa enough - they didn’t just host our day, they were part of what made it so special. We had our absolute dream wedding at The Chevin Hotel and it’s hard to put into words just how perfect everything was. From the moment we booked the venue, the entire experience was seamless. A special thank you to Tyran, who was incredibly helpful from day one. His communication was outstanding—no matter how many questions I had (and there were a lot!), he always responded quickly and made the entire planning process feel stress-free and organized. On the big day, everything came together more beautifully than we could have imagined. Every single member of staff was attentive, and genuinely so kind—not just to us, but to all of our guests. Their professionalism and care ensured everything ran smoothly, and we were able to just enjoy the moment. The venue itself was stunning, the food was delicious, and the whole day was executed flawlessly. We’ll remember it forever as the most perfect day of our lives. We would highly recommend the Chevin Country Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue full of character and located in a charming setting. The support we received from the staff was also first class. Tyran, the key contact at the venue, is clearly an expert and made the whole preparations seem easy and was always very happy to assist with any questions or last-minute requests we had. We were talked through the options available in detail and were able to ask any questions. When we booked for 2025, we were regularly updated with regards to payments, tasting menus, final arrangement meeting. The venue were very accommodating of any requests. My husband and I got married at Chevin Hotel and Spa just over a week ago. Our wedding day was amazing from start to finish! The staff were great. We had both day and night guests and they were so friendly and welcoming to me, my husband and all our guests. Anything we needed help with they were more than happy to oblige. They made our experience brilliant. I will always be grateful for this. When we first started making enquiries and looking around Chevin Country Park we were made to feel welcoMy husband and I got married at Chevin Hotel and Spa just over a week ago. The best day ever!The best day ever!
It was the best day from start to finish. Every touch was taken care of, and I trusted Tyran to organize and let the day run smoothly. The day was so wonderful, and there was nothing that was too much trouble for the team to take care of, exceptionally led by Tyran. There is nothing that could have been changed and it was such a wonderful day. So glad we choose this venue for our winter wedding.It was the best day from start to finish. Every touch was taken care of, and I trusted Tyran to organize and let the day run smoothly. The day was so wonderful, and there was nothing that was too much trouble for the team to take care of, exceptionally led by Tyran. There is nothing that could have been changed and it was such a wonderful day. So glad we choose this venue for our winter wedding.

Our experience at Chevin Lodge was simply fantastic from start to finish. From booking in 2021 to finally having our day in 2023, the staff could not have looked after us any better. Tyran responded to emails promptly and was happy to respond to every request and query, no matter how small. Likewise Bernie was amazing both the night before the the wedding and on the day itself, ensuring that the room was set up exactly how we wished and liaising with all of our contractors. We had friends and family attending from far & wide and all commented positively on our venue choice and it’s beautiful location. My friends & I stayed in the Bronte lodge the night before the wedding and had a wonderful relaxing evening in the hot tub by the stream. Could not recommend enough!! Well what can I say, it was the best day of our lives!!! We are so happy we found this place. We live quite far away so was worried at first but we had the ceremony there too so no one had to travel between places. Most of our guests stayed overnight, they have loads of rooms! The staff just did everything before you could even ask!! Thank you Chevin :-) Well what can I say, it was the best day of our lives!!! We are so happy we found this place. From the moment we drove in we knew we loved it! The setting just made it for us, all the trees and nature, birds and squirrels! So gorgeous. All our friends booked rooms and stayed the day before as well, we had a really nice meal with everyone together which saved the introductions on the day. I stayed in a lodge with a hot tub for the night before with my bridesmaids, so relaxing!! The day was better than we ever imagined, we would not change a thing. From the South - Leave the M1 at junction 42 and follow the M62 westbound until the junction 28. Then, follow the signs for Leeds Bradford Airport A658. Drive 1.5 miles past the airport and then follow directional signs to the hotel. From the West (M62 and M606) - Leave the M62 at junction 26 (Chain Bar) and take the M606 signed towards “Bradford”. At the end of the M606 turn right onto the Ring Road (A6177). Follow the signs for Leeds/Bradford Airport, and then continue as (B) above. From North East - Take the A658 sign posted to Leeds/Bradford Airport. Follow this road through Pool-in-Wharfedale”, up the hill and then follow the directional signs to the hotel. From North West - Take the A65 through Ilkley towards Otley. Turn onto A660, driving past Otley and up the hill towards Bramhope. Turn right onto A659 before Bramhope. Follow the directional signs to the Hotel.
