Brown & Green Life, hosting beautiful, down to earth weddings since 2018... If you are looking for a venue to fill with love, family, friends, stunning food, great music and the best memories for life....you have found the right place! Brown & Green Life is the ultimate relaxed wedding venue surrounded by nature... we are located in the heart of Crystal Palace park, with lakeside views, pedalos and even a few dinosaurs! With a private bridge leading across to a private terrace, we can host weddings for up to 110 seated (150 standing) Welcome your guests with a glass of fizz on the terrace overlooking the lake, before walking down the aisle facing the gorgeous view. The ceremony & feast room has surround windows allowing the beautiful greenery to flood in... After the ceremony guests can enjoy the alfresco bar, lawn games under the tree, private hire pedalos and photographs with the iconic dinosaurs! We can seat 110 guests in a horseshoe table set up, with inhouse catering providing 'family feast' style food where guests share plates as if around a family table- a large one!! (other recomended caterers available on request) The venue comes with all seating, tables, linen, serviettes, cutlery, crockery, glassware. We also have inhouse decorations- handmade vintage bunting, ribbons for the bridge, paper lanterns, glass vases, candle jars- which are all available to use if required & included in the price. The venue also comes with an extremely experienced wedding co-ordinator who will guide you through every step of your day from planning the entertainment, helping with flowers, deciding on food, decorating, to first dance. If you chose our stunning venue you are welcome to come the day before as a prep day to decorate, have a rehearsal, set up music or to meet our highly experienced team and hand everything over to us! Here at Brown & Green we love weddings and want you to have the best day ever, we will always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.

- IIzzi and Josh14/11/2025Exactly the wedding day we wantedExactly the wedding day we wantedWhen we got engaged., my partner and I knew we really wanted to have a London based wedding but we were worried all the venues would be beyond our price range. Then we saw that Brown and Green Life offer weddings and we decided to go along and have a look at the venue. From our first meeting with Laura at the venue, it just felt right to us. Possibly that's because we had a lot in common with Laura, all of us being from performing arts backgrounds, but the vibe of the space was also friendly, open and welcoming. Crystal Palace Park was a special place for us, as it's where we started our relationship half a decade ago. The combination of the personal element of the location and the welcome we received from Laura made us know that this was the space for us. Laura was so accommodating of all our requests - mostly, we wanted to keep things simple but there were a few key touches that were very important for us. The space is so flexible, we could really make it our own. However, the aesthetic of the event space and the lighting already in place meant that it looked gorgeous without us having to put a lot of effort in! Laura was really flexible with us setting up the day before as well and a big help in terms of getting everything ready for the big day. On the day itself, she and her incredible team made everything run so smoothly and it felt so relaxed and joyful! One of the biggest pieces of feedback from our guests was how amazing the food was. We requested an all vegetarian wedding and I made a special dessert request as well. Jess and her chef team at Spam delivered an incredible wedding feast, canapes and evening food - I'm still thinking about the roasties to this day! My husband and I had eaten at Brown and Green many times over our years living in south London but the wedding food was extra special. Cannot recommend Spam and their catering enough! Another thing I want to shout out is how well Laura took care of my grandparents. Both are in their 90s and it was so important to me and them that they attended. Laura had them listed as VIPs from the very start of the planning process and she made sure they were always comfortable, warm and provided them with cups of tea on demand. They had a wonderful day and I was so happy they could be accommodated so well. Overall, it was an absolutely joyous day and we felt so special. It was the dance-filled, love-filled, silliness-filled day that we wanted and we wouldn't change a thing. Laura and Jess were so accommodating with the planning stage and went above and beyond to help us make our day feel truly unique. Laura was so brilliant on the day, helping everything run smoothly and guiding the guests around. A special mention to Jess for the food, which was all incredible. She was so helpful and flexible with the food options and we got so many compliments from all of our guests! We have so many wonderful memories from our day, including a trip on the pedalos, and wish we could do it all over again!Brown and Green life is a beautiful wedding venue in the middle of Crystal Palace park. They met with us a few times before the day and had lots of tips and advice to make it all run smoothly. We didn't have a massive budget and at no point felt pressure to spend more than we wanted or like they were trying to sell other things to us. On the day, we felt like they had everything in hand, meaning we could relax and focus on getting married. We used a young photographer and they were there to give tips and advice to him, making sure he felt confident to get the best shots of the day. We can't thank them enough!Laura and the Brown and Green team made our wedding ceremony so meaningful and special. Laura (the wedding planner) is absolutely fantastic - she makes planning and running a wedding an absolute breeze! The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating and kind. Jess (who is head of all of the fooooood) made a fantastic feast - they made it gluten and dairy free for me which was so tasty! The venue is lovely - in the park, the pedalos were really fun. It was a very special day with good food, friends, music! We loved that it was all in one space with quick turnarounds in the space. Just book it...you will not be disappointed!! We had the most incredible day and couldn’t speak more highly of the venue, the organisation and the staff. Laura was worth her weight in gold and made the planning process so enjoyable.
