Please note: Prices below are for the campsite hire only and do not include the secret woodland wedding venue; this is available to book separately or in addition to the Brook Meadow Site. The Secret Woodland Wedding Package offers a magical three-day woodland venue hire, complete with a rustic ceremony area featuring straw bale seating for 100 guests, wildflower-lined pathways, and decorative solar lighting for evening ambiance. It includes use of a swing, a pond-dipping beach, and nearby parking, plus space for a tented reception of your choice (e.g., teepee or stretch tent). Brook Meadow lodges and glamping units are held while accommodation choices are confirmed (costs not included). The package also provides access to stunning photo spots and trusted supplier recommendations. Music is allowed until 11pm, with quieter options permitted around a campfire until midnight. Pricing starts at £2,400 for a weekend or £1,900 midweek, plus a holding deposit.
