From the moment you arrive, the entire venue is exclusively yours from Friday midday to Sunday midday, giving you time to settle in, decorate, and celebrate at your own pace. The setting includes a charming woodland ceremony glade with a handcrafted wooden arbor, rustic benches, and wildflowers all around. You can hold a legal or celebrant-led ceremony here, or move indoors to the character-filled barn if the weather turns.

At the heart of the venue lies The Barn - full of charm and character, with natural textures and flexible open space for dining and dancing. The attached bar and covered outdoor area are perfect for late-night food, while the meadow and fire pit offer space for drinks, games, and gathering around the flames as the sun sets. The view across the valley adds a magical backdrop for your celebration and golden-hour photos.

Food is central to the experience at Boveys Down. The on-site Farm Kitchen serves up wholesome, locally sourced dishes, with the farm’s legendary homemade pies taking centre stage - buttery, golden, and packed with seasonal fillings that guests never forget. From hearty breakfasts to relaxed evening bites, the menus bring a sense of comfort and joy to every meal.

For guests who want to stay, there are on-site glamping and camping options. The farm offers beautifully furnished bell tents, quirky retro caravans, and a meadow campsite where guests can pitch their own tents. For larger gatherings, there’s also the option of creating a glamping village through our local partner, Devon Bell Tents.
