The hotel was in a lovely quiet location 5 minutes walk from Victoria station. The rooms were a very good size for a London hotel and were clean and modern. Room amenities were good, however some water in the room would have been a welcome bonus. I was also really happy with the price. I will definitely stay there again for our next visitI’m so happy I chose this hotel for our visit to London. The hotel was in a lovely quiet location 5 minutes walk from Victoria station. The rooms were a very good size for a London hotel and were clean and modern. Room amenities were good, however some water in the room would have been a welcome bonus. The staff are very kind and welcoming. It's hard to tell too much from the website, but the facilities exceeded my expectations. The outside courtyard is lovely. Only critique was the uncomfortable extra firm bed. The service was excellent and the staff was very polite and welcoming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were in London for my partner’s birthday and I let the hotel know. Just a 15-minute walk to Westminster and Big Ben and a 10-minute walk to either Victoria Station or St. James’s Park station. The room is big enough for us to open two 27”luggages. The bed is nice. The toilet is clean also. The staff knew we were coming for honeymoon and they prepared some macarons and a little decoration for us. Super sweet! Thank you so much!We came to London for our honeymoon and post-wedding shoot.
