From planning stage to the day, Richard the Manager was First Class, nothing was to much trouble, and everything went so smoothly, from the arrival Champagne Reception, Vintage Afternoon Tea, Elvis Tribute Act, Hog Roast & more!! Everyone is saying it's the best Wedding they have ever attended!! Many of our guest stayed over and complimented you on the rooms and breakfast is one of the best. We cannot thank all you guys at the hotel enough!!! You made our Wedding just PERFECT!!! Ps thanks for ordering the snow!!! :))We held our Wedding reception here 16th January 2016, Wow what a day!! Richard (the events coordinator) has been brilliant from day one with any questions, queries or requests we've had. Dipesh (the owner) has also been beyond helpful - even driving our hapless best man to the nearest Next shop on the morning of the wedding to get the security tags taken off his suit jacket! The waitresses were fab on the day - smiley, helpful & friendly to all our guests. Food was amazing! We've had no end of compliments on the standard of the food. Our room for the wedding night was stunning! Even had towels shaped into swans & chocolates on the bed for us. We honestly cannot rate this hotel highly enough. And would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to hold any kind of function.
