Bilston Brook is a gorgeous barn-style wedding venue in Staffordshire, where couples can enjoy a magical celebration with friends and loved ones. Located just outside the beautiful cathedral city of Lichfield, this stunning venue has everything needed to create their dream wedding. The venue sits on 62 acres of idyllic farmland and wild countryside, with spectacular views and fantastic photo opportunities. The barn is family run meaning you always get great service & our dedicated team at Bilston Brook pride themselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment and providing a blank slate where couples can make their wedding vision a reality. Bilston Brook can host weddings with up to 350 guests. The barn has a fully licensed ceremony room where couples can tie the knot in front of 125 family and friends. The warm lighting and rustic décor create a romantic ambience perfect for exchanging vows. After the ceremony, couples can enjoy a wedding breakfast in the main barn. This spacious room has high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The timber-clad walls continue the rustic theme, and the space is transformed when bathed in a warm glow from the festoon lighting after dark. There is also a bar and a dance floor where guests can show off their dance moves to their hearts' content. Outside, guests will find covered and uncovered spaces where they can chat, mingle and take in the country air. Bilston Brook offers a range of services that couples will love. Our team can provide a list of trusted suppliers if needed. Accommodation is available onsite for an extra fee. There are live music facilities on site, and the venue has a resident DJ who will ensure the party rocks long into the night. Bilston Brook is available for exclusive use, is easily accessible, and has plenty of parking for guests. This hidden gem also has good facilities for disabled guests.

Included in the hire is exclusive use of the venue, access to the barn the day before to have decorated, bridal preparation room from early morning, fully licenced staffed bar, a relaxing bar lounge area, large outdoor area including lawn area, patio space with furniture with festoon lighting & onsite free parking for a small extra charge the onsite licensed ceremony barn can also be included to hold your wedding and celebration here. We have a wonderful list of our trusted suppliers that we'd be happy to share with you. If you wish to bring any others, there would be an extra £100 fee. We have a fully licensed bar, so we are able to create drink packages bespoke to each couple. We can also provide in-house accommodation in the form of three cottages at an extra fee if you wish to extend the celebrations. We can create a bespoke quote according to your preferences. Our prices range depending on the day, season and year you wish to get married.

What a fabulous venue for our daughter Pip's wedding to Mark Iast Saturday 18th May! The wedding barn gave Pip and Mark the opportunity to create exactly what they wished for and we enjoyed a day with a relaxed, happy festival theme full of colour, love and laughter. Hollie was friendly and helpful and on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Bilston Brook was a wonderful backdrop for some beautiful photos of a very special day.What a fabulous venue for our daughter Pip's wedding to Mark Iast Saturday 18th May! A stunning wedding venue with such rustic appeal! I love visiting country side wedding venues. Iv seen many but there is something about this barn that when you walk in that it makes you go wow!
