There are some lovely photo opportunities both inside and out at our charming 18th century coaching inn, plus some stunning picturesque backdrops at the nearby Minster Pool and Beacon Park which set the perfect scene. We offer a variety of rooms for your wedding, to suit small intimate parties or larger celebrations of up to 110 people, but whatever the size of your party or budget you will receive the same friendly and professional advice. The behind the scenes organisation was seamless nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and all the guests were waited on efficiently and with great service. The whole hotel team should be very proud of themselves I can not fault a thing, you’re all fantastic!!! The room, the food, the service were all superb. Special thanks to a young lady called Lauren, who looked after us all day and to our young barman and to the chef and kitchen staff who provided the fabulous meal, which rendered us all incapable of movement by the end of the day :-). A wonderful time was had by all, thank you! I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the hotel, for helping to make my daughter's wedding day so special on the 4th August. The room, the food, the service were all superb. Special thanks to a young lady called Lauren, who looked after us all day and to our young barman and to the chef and kitchen staff who provided the fabulous meal, which rendered us all incapable of movement by the end of the day :-).
