Description

A totally enclosed private space for you and your nearest and dearest to enjoy. Including 10 bell tents and 5 pods, all with heating, carpets, lighting, electric sockets, USBs, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, the pods have sofas as well. Each unit also has a fire pit. We also have a sparkling clean shower block with male and female facilities. Our kitchen boasts, 5 fridges, 1 freezer, microwave, toaster, kettles, tea, coffee, 2 sinks, cutlery, crockery,and a 6 ring range oven. We have a large sound system that is bluetooth ready. All of the above is included in the exclusive hire price. In addition you can hire our 52 x 26 feet marquee, seating up to 80, standing 130, with lighting, power, and picnic tables for seating. (£1,200) Our cocktail bar, staffed (£100), serving 12 cocktails, beers, wines, mixers, and prosecco

The friendliest, happiest wedding venue! The friendliest, happiest wedding venue!
We celebrated our wedding in June 2025. The team at Bell Tent Glamping were so flexible and allowed us to make the day completely our own. We hired their marquee and had all our family and friends stay for the Friday and Saturday evening with extra guests joining us for day time celebrations. From the moment we arrived on Friday (and were handed a freshly made mojito) to the moment we left on Sunday, John and Allison smiled from ear to ear. They were both so upbeat, danced to the music and genuinely made the day lovely. They ran the bar, organised toasting drinks and all were out on time. The whole weekend was incredibly reasonably priced and there were no hidden fees or extra charges. We booked catering vans to serve the food and were able to hire games to bring it all to life. We were also able to use the sound system free of charge which was brilliant. We had a lot of children at our wedding and this venue was ideal for them being completely enclosed, they ran round all day, made friends, climbed trees and the parents knew they were safe while having the opportunity to relax. This venue is perfect for any DIY weddings couple who really want to make the day their own. While we couldn't legalise the marriage in the campsite itself, we walked (about 5 mins) over to the chapel and officially tied the knot there which was very convenient and about 45 mins in total. So if like us, you want to do it all on one place, you still can even without the campsite having a license. Our biggest take away was how warm and friendly the team were over the weekend - nothing was too much trouble and it really helped make the day magical. Thank you so much!!! We recently hired the entire site for our wedding. We mad a weekend of it. We cannot recommend this site enough. Beautiful area great staff, clean, tidy accommodating and we had the best weekend. We held our wedding reception at Bell Tent Glamping in June 2023. We hired the site for the whole weekend. We had the use of the facilities, kitchen, BBQ's, Showers, which were all immaculate. The site also has its own bar. The staff could not have been more obliging and friendly. We hired a huge marquee from them and had a live band for the evening. This was all within the delightful grounds of the Royal Victoria Country Park. We wanted a laid back, party atmosphere, and this venue was perfect!We held our wedding reception at Bell Tent Glamping in June 2023. We hired the site for the whole weekend. We had the use of the facilities, kitchen, BBQ's, Showers, which were all immaculate. The site also has its own bar. The staff could not have been more obliging and friendly.
