Simply the best wedding place and reception to go.We stayed here on the 16th May 2023 for our daughter & son in laws wedding. As mother of the bride I couldn't have wished for a better place to go for a wedding and reception. The staff were very proffesional, very kind, very helpful and the lovely, very helpful lady called Caroline was an amazing. She made sure our daughter was catered for in every way possible on her special day. Would certainly recommend Bagden Hall for any occasion especially wedding. Thank you very much all at Bagden Hall. He just seemed to have mind reading powers of when we had a question and would just appear. He made sure the whole day ran smoothly. Before him we had felt with Sarah the events co-ordinator. She was amazing and didn’t seem to tire of my billion emails I sent her checking and double checking details, thinking of ways to make our ideas a reality and building a package just for us. The two of them and obviously the rest of the staff took care of everything. The only issue I was aware of throughout the day was a slight issue with our memory pen for the music. Kurtis has it handled and told us about it after. With us being two brides and having a specific way we wanted to walk down the isle without keeping guests waiting and obviously the first bride in, the staff worked out which rooms we needed to be in so we could both leave at the same time and arrive to the ceremony room and walk down as we wished without bumping in to each other. I do believe there had been a test run prior!! The team kept a check on my 6 year old daughter and 4 year old niece when everyone was busy making sure that they were where they needed to be and not up to too much trouble. We honestly can’t thank the whole team enough. It was a perfect day and memories that we will cherish forever. We had the most perfect day.
