We had our wedding reception at Archive in May 2024. At the time of booked they hadn’t done any weddings before but the venue was exactly what we were looking for, spacious, close to the city centre, clean and well decorated but also with a relaxed feel. Throughout the planning processes the venue changed event managers but this was never an issue, Freya and Amy both support me with every question and query I had. I was allowed free rein to decorate as I pleased, Amy facilitated my vision on the day and made walking in after our ceremony so special. We are specific drinks needs and requirements which were catered too and personalised cocktails added to the menu. During the evening the space felt busy and full but without feeling cramped, the music sounded great in the space and the outside smoking areas made the space flow well. I would 10000% recommend having your wedding here.

We have recently styled décor at Archive and was taken back at what a magnificent space they had! The space is so versatile its great for Weddings, Cooperate Events, Dinners, Parties, the list is endless! The Venue its self is Modern & Stylish, you can tell they take great pride in there venue. The Team are super friendly and work extremely hard to make sure each and every event is perfect! We would definitely recommend this venue for any upcoming events!

The venue was perfect for what I wanted, a nice big space which was very practical and easy to work with. The staff were great from first contact, communication was brilliant! They went above and beyond, even helping to set up the space and table layout etc. Bar staff were also great and happy on the night.

Brilliant space! What a fab venue for a birthday party- great selection of ale and quality sound system for dancing ! Highly recommend!

Visited for the first time today (28th May '22) and was really impressed with the place, we came for the Make More Market Day but having heard good things about the coffee stated on afterwards to sample it and more. Service at the counter was really efficient and there's a great range of items on the menu, most of which have a little twist to elevate them above the ordinary. Prices are fair and the quality of ingredients at a high level.

Archive is a great space. Quiet coffee shop out front. Covered seating outside, and a large indoor event space out the back. Coffee and food has always been top-class, although the price you'd expect from a more upmarket coffee shop. They also serve alcohol. The event space is great for quietly working on the laptop, and I've been to Jazz nights, board game nights and art displays. They have much more going for them than just 'coffee'

Now this is a hidden gem. Stumbled across Archive and wow what a place. Yummy coffee with comprehensive cold and food options in the cafe area, all set in pleasant surroundings. Staff are really friendly too. Then you walk through a doorway to a massive entertainment area with lots of seating and tables with a massive screen and projector one end of the large room. Also has a full bar available in this room too.

I Didn't sample the food but the venue is a fantastic space..the staff and security are polite and helpful. . Easy to park and sat nav takes you straight to the venue using post code only.

Chose Archive as the venue for my dad's 70th birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. The events team and venue staff made everything easy and there was a lovely atmosphere in the event space with about 90 guests attending on the night. The drinks selection was great, even letting us order in a guest beer, and the bar staff made everyone feel welcome and looked after. We returned the morning after to watch the Women's World Cup Final and enjoyed some great coffee, tasty breakfast food and

Attended a private birthday party here. A large space that could have been a bit more cosy. The staff were helpful and polite and didn't get annoyed by the late leaving stragglers. Toilets were clean. Drinks were reasonably priced. There's a good sized outdoor smoking area with a roof to provide protection from the weather.
