Climb your way to the top of Appleby's 11th Century Norman Keep and exchange vows overlooking the glorious Eden Valley. Ceremonies can be also held inside the castle, surrounded by alluring paintings on the ancient walls of the Great Hall and one of the only full reproductions of the Clifford armor in the world. The Lower Hall and outside terrace provide wonderful spots to raise a glass with your guests, taking in the authentic setting and beautiful scenery. Appleby Castle boasts a stay of the utmost luxury, offering a number of exquisite bedrooms throughout the castle. Many of the stunning rooms are home to ornate four-poster beds and boast lots of period features for a traditional stay, while the thoughtfully renovated servant's quarters provide light and comfortable accommodation for your friends and family.
