You truly went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the day was perfect, allowing us to enjoy every moment without stress. We had our review at The City Rooms and everything was exceptional. Beth ran the show and was nothing short of impeccable. I can’t overstate how cool, calm, professional and engaged she was through the entire process. Genuinely one of the best experiences having Beth at The City Rooms. Venue is so so beautiful, food was completed over and over and everything was just amazing.

We had our civil wedding at City Rooms and it was beautiful. The grand ball room is lovely and the guest really enjoyed the day. Georgia was amazing with everything on the day, making sure everything and everyone were where they needed to be. She has been so accommodating to help us have the perfect day. The whole team did a great job with the set up. Highly recommend for a wedding venue!

We had our wedding here and it was honestly perfect. Our coordinator Taylor was outstanding and she was always so helpful with answering our questions and helped us bring our day to life. She made sure everything ran smoothly and we’re so grateful for everything she did for us. She was very organised and the set up with all the documents etc we needed to populate was very helpful as they provided prompts for things we hadn’t thought about.

Great venue, staff and accommodation. Beth was so helpful with the booking process & all the way leading up to our event. Highly recommend this stunning venue for any event. The ballroom is amazing, great location too & the bar is lovely for guests to grab a drink.

So so happy with this venue! We had our wedding reception here and the staff and service was absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Paris and the team enough. The rooms were cosy and the location was perfect. Great for either an event or just a place to stay if you're in Leicester city centre.

We had our wedding at The City Rooms and right from the sales with Naomi and to the very end, it was as beautiful as we imagined. Olivia was just exceptional through the whole process of planning. She was ever so professional and so calming which is what you need with wedding stress. On our special day, Olivia was so reassuring and made sure everything was perfect. Our guests kept complementing on the food and the venue. We are so thankful and would recommend the city rooms to our family/friends
