Be welcomed into our house through a grand elegant entrance with marble tiled flooring, discover original Georgian fireplaces, historic oil paintings, oak panelled bookshelves and floor to ceiling sash windows that adorn the house’s façade and natural sunlight.
Exclusive hire of the entire house will allow you to make the most of every space to create your perfect intimate wedding, from the elegant first floor, with views across Portland Place and the Terrace, to the spacious ground-floor suites.
The tranquil terrace at 41 Portland Place oozes sophistication and is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing summer cocktail, shaded from the sun by gorgeous olive and eucalyptus trees.
We can create a tailored wedding package specifically for you, selecting from a fantastic range of catering, event styling, flowers, and entertainment options. Alternatively, you can begin planning your day with our all-inclusive wedding reception package. Our team are passionate about superb service, so you can rest assured your big day is in safe hands.
Food and service are provided by specialist caterer CH&CO who design, plan and cater for all our events with attention to detail, ingenuity, and imagination using sustainably and ethically sourced ingredients. Our talented head chef is extremely flexible when designing and delivering menus. He would be happy to meet with you prior to your event to create a bespoke menu to fit with the design and flow of your day.

Georgie was absolutely fantastic , so calm, patient and responsive to all my needs. Csaba was great in going through all the finer operation details to make sure that everything went exactly to plan. I am pleased to say that the day went perfectly without any cause for concerns or anxiety. We have been truly looked after and because of this we were able to thoroughly enjoy our wedding day. I had only three months to organise my wedding and it was really stressful. I am so grateful that Georgie and the team at Portland Place were always on hand to guide me with suggestions and answers to any queries I had. I would also like to say what a beautiful venue 41 Portland Place is. The light, high ceilings and original features of the building were gorgeous and a perfect setting for an intimate wedding . I absolutely loved how the room used for canapés flowed so effortlessly into the main dining area and also on the other side, out to a stunning roof terrace which the guests thoroughly enjoyed. Now onto the food. You were the only venue that allowed me to provide my guests with a choice of menu which was definitely a lovely touch. The food was amazing and got five star reviews from all the guests. The house wine provided was also great quality. The fact that we were allowed to bring in our own Prosecco also allowed us to keep our costs down.
