With a wedding licence and over eleven versatile spaces, including the majestic Nash Room and the elegant Carlton Room, 116 Pall Mall can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for ceremonies, receptions, and wedding breakfasts. We did receive lots of positive comments especially regarding the main bartender - he was amazing and kept up with the influx of drink requests like an absolute champ. The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish, I cannot thank you enough for being an equally calming and fun presence, and for making sure everything was handled perfectly - it was truly the best day of our lives and I wish we could do it every weekend! My boyfriend & I contacted 116 Pall Mall in February of 2020 as a possible wedding venue for a late 2020 wedding. The pictures of the venue were absolutely stunning and we hoped to visit soon! In March 2020 the world isolated and it was a scary time. I was living in Chicago and my fiancé in London. The staff was so very communicative and helpful, sending additional photos and video tours, as we could not visit the venue in person. In April booked our wedding for later in the year - December 2020! Through the ever-changing government guidelines the staff kept us informed - by phone & email, continued to plan and even planned contingency plans. The staff was absolutely brilliant and a provided such calm to the whole planning process, especially during a pandemic & while living in a different country. It truly felt like we had a partner through the whole process who wanted us to have the most wonderful wedding. Even without knowing if our wedding could go ahead because of changing government guidelines, 116 Pall Mall communicated with us and directly with the vendors. Their constant engagement & helpfulness put us at ease. Our wedding was simply stunning & absolutely magical. The venue is breathtaking, so stunning (as is the surrounding London area!) and the staff is professional & extremely helpful. Keep a notebook by your bed and write down things that you want to do or ideas that pop into your head in the middle of the night. You can also set yourself goals.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One of our couples transformed the Champagne Bar into their own personal night club for their after party. They even had signage designed so it looked like a real club! Our exposed brick Champagne Bar is actually located in the original wine cellars, so is the perfect setting for a reception, after party with a DJ or band for dancing.

Versatile, spectacular, breath-taking, accessible, unique
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The grand staircase is the most popular with couples. Hanging above is a 15ft glittering chandelier that was a gift to commemorate the battle of Waterloo and lots of couples say their vows on this staircase, with their guests watching from above. It's truly spectacular.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Not at a wedding that we're aware of, but we have had lots of A-list movie stars and actors in our building as we are often the backdrop to major film and TV moments, such as Mark Wahlberg, Heath Ledger, Emma Stone and the Made in Chelsea gang!
What’s your favourite canapé?
I think that has to be our Beetroot cured salmon, horseradish cream blini, sturgeon caviar. So elegant and designed to impress your guests!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
You can't go wrong with our mini cheese burgers sliders. Who doesn't need a burger after a day and night of celebrating!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our venue is packed full of character and unique history. Every room has beautiful original chandeliers and James Bond author, Ian Fleming, used to drink in our Carlton Room. Our staircase and chandelier is probably the most unique feature.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are so versatile and can accommodate pretty much any request. We want your day to be perfect, so just speak to us about your ideas and we will do our best to make them a reality!
