Fota Island Resort

Our wedding day was like a dream come true!! I knew it would be amazing but oh my God it just completely blew me away! Myself and Robbie really felt like a king and queen, from the minute we arrived until the minute we left!! Which is probably why we extended our stay..we really didn't want to leave ! All our family and friends can't stop talking about how amazing the day was but more importantly, how incredible the staff, food and service were. It really was the most magical weekend

Everyone was complementary of how good the service, food and staff were and the rooms were perfect as well. We’ve a flower arch and an easel left for collection and we’ve one of the groomsmen up to collect them tomorrow! A special thanks to John Coleman who was superb, he was there for anything we needed at the drop of a hat. Both duty managers made the meal efficient, and the service was very professional. Ye were brilliant and we would recommend Fota to anyone!

It was the best weekend with our friends and family!Prior to booking Fota, we viewed a number of other wedding venues in Munster. When we met Ali, the wedding coordinator in Fota, we were so impressed with her ease and professionalism. It definitely felt like the best venue for us. From start to finish, all of our queries, questions and concerns were responded to very promptly. No ask was too big. The wedding team and the entire staff were superb!

We had a special day in Fota, everything came together so perfectly! Our family and friends have all been raving about the venue and the service from the staff ever since. The venue is incredible, from the moment you drive in the gates to the moment you leave, it feels magical! The Smith Barry Suite is fantastic, it looks amazing and provides such a great setting with beautiful gardens and stunning reception area. The grounds were immaculate.. We cannot thank all of the staff enough

We had the most spectacular wedding. They really pulled out all the stops and made us feel like our day was the most special day, they have it down to a fine art. You & your guests included are in really really good hands. Love them all! John Coleman is a force to be reckoned with, he really treated us like celebrities and/or actual VIPs and took genuine care of our needs beyond anything you could ever expect. Truly unique and spectacular!
