We had our wedding day on the 19th of October 2023. From start to finish the day was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond for us. Martina and Co were an absolute pleaser to deal with. Helped us with every enquiry we had and couldn't do enough to accommodate us in every way possible. I would highly recommend this venue. The grounds for our photos were stunning. We got amazing wedding photos.

We had our wedding at Castle Oaks last year and were really delighted with the service we got from Martina and all the staff there. Everything went off brilliantly and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had the place to ourselves and all our guests commented on what a relaxed atmosphere there was on the day. Would highly recommend the Castle Oaks for any couple looking to book as their venue.

The team in the CastleOaks made out the day the best day ever! Martina, Teresa and the whole team could not have done enough for us. There was no ask too big or too small for them and Martina was in touch with me right up to the day for anything I might need or want. The staff in the hotel worked so hard to make our day so special and did everything we asked of them. To this day, people are still complementing the staff, particularly Maggie and Josie. The food was outstanding throughout the day from start to finish, everyone was talking about the food at the drinks reception and how delicious it was. Beautiful grounds for photos too, I can’t wait to get them all back! I couldn’t recommend the CastleOaks more to any bride and groom!

From the very beginning everything was super smooth. Management and staff were really helpful,always replying to our emails very fast. Great food with beautiful scenery's especially by the river walk.

I couldn’t recommend castle oaks more highly for a wedding venue for any couple getting married. The attention to detail on the day was brilliant - the food and staff were amazing, our guests raved about the food/service and Martina made sure everything ran smoothly for us as well as Teresa. The staff at the castle oaks house hotel went out of there way to give us one of the best days of our lives, from start to finish everything was perfect ! Food was fab and bridal suite was gorgeous ! Only thing I didint like and I should have said on the morning after the wedding was, someone added a couple of pints of cider to our tab which shouldint have been allowed as we had everything paid for prior to our day, I was really disappointed to be honest that it was allowed !! Otherwise I could not fault the staff and our wedding Co-ordinater , Martina , thanks so much for a wonderful day x

From the day we met Martina, we knew the Castle Oaks Hotel was the venue. The gardens shone in the sunlight, our son, grandson, and Granddaughter brought Martha down the lawn in a light breeze that had had even more butterflies dancing in my stomach. James and the kitchen crew produced some of the most amazing food that had a host of chefs raving about it. Theresa and Leah were there at every stage to mind, support and fix the dress, ensure the guests were truly happy. To Maggie and Josephine and Alex, who minded my sugars better than I did. The menu, the food, the little touches that allowed us to make the wedding more ours. So many travelled far and still are complementing the carved ham rolls to fill the gap. So much effort was put in by all the staff, we truly don't know how to thank you enough. I'm sorry it has taken so long to write these little words of thanks. Martha and Derek Flynn

Where do I start , from the moment we met Martina we knew there was no job too big or small for the castle oaks team . John and I couldn’t be happier with how our day went ,Theresa and the team on the day took great care of all our guests . We have heard nothing but positive feedback, the food was fabulous and all the team were extremely friendly and helpful.
