It offers a comprehensive wedding package covering the entire weekend, for a memorable and relaxed weekend experience. Highlights of the wedding packages are: - Professional wedding planning assistance - Two nights stay for the couple with breakfast and a welcome snack - White decorations, including white lights, vases, candle holders, table numbers, seating charts, etc. - - Parking - Event insurance Facilities at Maple Grove Guest House Most couples who decide to get married at the Maple Grove Guest House host their wedding ceremony in the covered gazebo or under the beautiful, signature Maple Tree. Because the Maple Grove Guest House has a convenient covered reception hall, there is no need to rent a tent. The hall is completely equipped with tables and chairs and washroom facilities. Additionally, there are two outdoor heaters, kitchen facilities available for your caterer and rehearsal dinner, and campground amenities for your guests. Also, two nights of guest camping are part of your wedding package. The venue is kid-friendly and features a playground, volleyball court, horseshoe pitch, and games. If you want to bring your camper, RV or tents there is plenty of space. If you bring in your young children to Maple Grove Guest House there is a play area. Shannon Goulet, the owner is an incredible host and makes your stay very enjoyable. She works very hard to keep the property in great shape. we just had my youngest sons wedding at Maple Grove Guest House. It is a 21 acre paradise perfect for a country style wedding. Welcoming, and enchanting! Shannon is a GEM! She goes above and beyond for every client! I have seen it myself, she's on top of everything before anyone even knows. As caterers, we LOVE the kitchen set up she has for us. Lots of fridge/freezer space, ovens, flat top, bbq - everything we need to make an extra personal & Interactive meal! What is included in the wedding package?
We have almost everything you will need to make your wedding weekend complete. We have a room full of decor for you to choose from, vintage furniture, including couches, and tables a chandelier for the forest as well as. I can assist you with planning the perfect day all included in the wedding package.
We have beautiful Chivari chairs, handmade round reception tables, a private kitchen, playground, a 70x30 reception hall surrounded by forest, private campground and so much more!
Do you have room for my dog or my horse so that they can be part of the wedding?
At Maple Grove, we believe that leaving your best friend out of the photos is not an option. We have an amazing area for dogs to play as well as deluxe stabling, indoor arena and full board for your horse during your wedding. we will bend over backwards to make sure your horse has everything they need and is photo ready when you are.
We live far away from the venue. Is this an issue?
I am here for you every step of the way during the planning process. I am available anytime via text message or phone call to discuss any aspect of your wedding and make myself readily available. Most questions can be communicated through text message and with over 200 weddings under my belt, I can suggest 10 different ways to do every aspect of your wedding. As many site visits as needed are available.
What guest accommodation is available?
Our beautiful guest house is available for the bridal party Friday night, which has enough room to sleep up to eight people. The guest house becomes the bridal suite for the Wedding night and at that time all guests are welcome to use our private campground, surrounded by forest. The campground has a hot water on demand shower and also a washroom with flush toilets. There’s an additional shower and bathroom in the stables for the groomsmen to get ready.
There are many RVs for rent in the area, which can be delivered to our campground for your convenience. Outdoorsy is a great site with many different units to choose from.
There are bed-and-breakfast nearby for rent with Airbnb.
What is the deposit required to book my date?
We require a $3500. deposit to book your wedding date.
The balance is due 30 days before your wedding. A payment plan is available upon request.
In the event of postponement, every effort will be make to accommodate a change in date. In this case, you can bump your wedding forward up to 2 years with the original deposit.
