Do I have to source out items such as furniture, settings, linens, SOP?

We are happy to provide and include full catering, full bar with our own in house liquor license, in house tables/chairs/settings, choice of linen and napkins. An event manager, wait staff, bar staff and door greeter is included with all events. We are a one stop venue!

Is there a food tasting included for my wedding menu?

Yes a complimentary, full menu tasting for two is included with your contract.

Is your venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is accessible with a passenger lift which accesses all areas of the venue. There is a designated load off zone located driectly in front of the venue.

Do you have a designated parking lot?

There is a Green P located just west of the venue. There are over 160 spots. The flat rate is $5 per vehicle from 6pm throughout the evening.

Alternatively Valet Services are offered exclusively via Valet Pros www.valetpros.ca . Please note no other valet companies are permitted. Valet services are available at an additional cost.

As we are located on Eglinton Avenue West, taxi/uber + transit are also readily available.

Do you offer a space for onsite ceremonies?

Yes! There are 2 options for ceremonies on site, we have a separate gallery room which accommodates up to 200 guests. This is an independent space with its own entry from Eglinton Avenue. The second option, is to host a ceremony inside the main space first, where it is then 'flipped' from ceremony to reception during cocktail hour.

Are there any restrictions in term of decor?

As we are a heritage building, there are a few items that are not permitted. There is no indoor pyro/haze/open flames or helium balloons as they will set off the fire alarms, where additional charges will be incurred from the fire dispatch alarms, etc.

We do allow for candles, as long as candles are contained in a votive which is taller than the flame.

How long can I book my ceremony + reception?

Ceremonies up to 1 hour however we can customize timing as well.

Receptions are booked up to 7 hours with the option to extend as well. We are licensed until 2am as well.

Do you cater to vegetarians/allergies/special meals?

Yes! We cater to vegetarians/vegans/allergies. We do ask for a breakdown once final numbers are due 2 weeks prior, including guest name/table number and meal restriction. Please note we are not an allergen free venue, however all allergies are noted and prepared accordingly.

Do I require any special permits for photos?

No special permits are required for photos on site.

Do you offer any other options for catering? Am I allowed to bring in my own?

Our in house catering is western cuisine, however we also work exclusively with South Asian, Chinese and Kosher caterers. Unfortunately we do not allow for any outside caterers aside from the ones that are exclusive.
