A Magical waterfront Wedding Venue Begin your special day in the dedicated get-ready suite at The Guild Inn Estate, where you can relax and prepare for your wedding festivities. Exchange your vows at the stunning ceremony site on the property, surrounded by the beauty of nature. With multiple event spaces available, you can choose the perfect setting to accommodate your needs, whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration. Celebrate with up to 1,000 guests in the main event hall, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The venue provides ample room for a dance floor and after-dinner entertainment, allowing you to party well into the evening surrounded by your loved ones. After decades of disrepair, the City of Toronto entered into an agreement with Dynamic Hospitality & Entertainment Group. The brand new Guild Inn Estate opened in 2017 during the late spring as a wedding and special event space. The Scarborough Bluffs and Toronto community can once again build new fond memories through engagement parties, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations of life and corporate events like product launches, fundraisers, gala, AGMs and more.

We really appreciated her help, attentiveness, and hard work in making our wedding day so memorable. Our details manager, Arteka, was very helpful in the lead up to the event, especially when we had trouble nailing down our numbers and some of our plans—she really kept us on track with the planning and was understanding about needing to change some decisions towards the end. Our AV manager, Rohan was very kind and patient in getting us set up with our slides and even though I was worried they were complicated he made everything work perfectly and explained it all to me so that I could look professional in front of the audience. The catering and service team made sure everything was in place exactly as needed. I heard a lot of positive comments about the beauty of the room and the quality of the food in particular. All of your staff was very kind and friendly, and helped with whatever we needed. An all-around great experience!Our experience hosting a 100-person corporate event at the Guild Inn Estate was very positive. All of my several back and forth emails filled with questions were answered not only promptly but also thoroughly. No detail was spared and I was never made to feel like a burden for asking. Arteka in particular as our event coordinator was amazing to work with. She provided me with everything I needed and made sure that my vision came to life. She was always warm, friendly and willing to go above and beyond for us. We were assigned someone named Mae for the evening of the wedding and she was so attentive to our needs. My husband and I felt very taken care of at our head table. The entire staff was always checking in to see if we needed anything. Our guests raved about the food, in particular the portion sizes and the way the beef tenderloin was cooked. No guest went hungry. We did not practice a grand entrance with our wedding party, but the team at the guild (including the lighting technician) made sure we had a perfect entrance with the doors and lighting. Photos can't be beat in the beautiful park that backs on. Lots of photo options and everyone was respectful in taking turns. Washrooms were clean and well maintained throughout the evening. Thank you to the entire staff at the guild- everyone was fantastic! From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Arteka was always available to address any of our concerns and kept constant contact with us throughout the planning process. The coordinator on the day was very professional and helpful. The bartender was very friendly and outgoing with guest, and the servers were very professional and efficient. The food was excellent, many guests were pleased. The Guild Inn made sure that there were no mishaps throughout the wedding even if we were behind on time, the coordinator was able to quickly adjust the schedule. We are so happy we held our wedding at The Guild Inn, it was a beautiful, stress-free experience.The Guild Inn did a fantastic job with our wedding.
