Set in Vaughan, just outside Toronto, this private, single-event venue is built for couples who want a smooth, all-in celebration without sharing the space with anyone else. With only one wedding hosted at a time, you get total focus from the team, plus a relaxed flow from ceremony to party. 

It’s designed for flexibility: welcome guests through a grand foyer, host an indoor ceremony in a dedicated room, then transition into the main ballroom for dinner and dancing. For smaller celebrations (or a more intimate vibe within the same address), there’s also a boutique event space with its own dance floor, great for micro-weddings, late-night after-parties, or a separate lounge feel. 

Capacity-wise, it’s a strong fit for mid-size weddings: up to 150 guests seated for dining and up to 350 for a cocktail-style reception. 

Food and service are a big part of the experience, with in-house catering, an in-house wine list, and a licensed bar. The venue also highlights international menu options and the availability of COR-certified kosher catering, helpful if you’re planning around specific traditions or dietary requirements. 

On the practical side, you’ll find an in-house wedding coordinator, bridal changing facilities, on-site parking, disabled access, and outdoor reception space with landscaped gardens, ideal for that breather moment between courses or a sunset cocktail.

Our venue rental option offers exclusive use of the space without in-house catering, ideal for clients bringing in an external caterer. The rental includes private use of the venue, tables and chairs, floor-length linens, waitstaff, an on-site banquet manager, full setup and cleanup, and use of microphone and podium. All events are hosted one at a time, ensuring complete privacy and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, over 350 complimentary parking spaces are available for all guests

Is there a bridal suite available on site?

Yes.

The Avenue: Spacious bridal suite with private washroom and safe for personal belongings.

The Boulevard: Petite bridal suite available for use on event day.

Are there any decor restrictions?

Yes.

All floral arrangements must arrive fully assembled.

No décor may be attached to walls or ceilings with tape, nails, or adhesive.

Real flower petals are not permitted indoors; artificial petals are welcome.

Balloon arrangements must be popped and disposed of outside after the event.

Can the venue be rented out without in-house catering packages?

Yes. A standard venue rental includes private use of the space, table and chair setup, linens,

waitstaff, banquet manager, cleanup, bar setup, and use of microphone and podium.

Can I bring in my own DJ/Band?

Yes, you may bring your own DJ or live musicians.

However, outside AV equipment (lighting, projectors, screens, etc.) is not permitted.

All audiovisual requirements must be arranged through our exclusive in-house partner, Party

Crew Entertainment.

Do you offer in-house Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal?

Yes. Rehearsals are available on weekday evenings, subject to availability. Rehearsals are

typically scheduled for 1 hour to allow for ample time.

While we can tentatively schedule your ceremony rehearsal, due to the ever changing nature

of our event calendar, we are not able to confirm the date of your rehearsal until 3 weeks

prior to your wedding date.

Can we host an on-site ceremony?

Yes. The Avenue features a beautiful, dedicated ceremony room that can accommodate up to

220 guests.

At The Boulevard, ceremonies can be hosted with either a venue flip (ideal for guest counts of

85 or fewer) or with guests seated at their tables for a seamless transition between ceremony

and reception.

When do we need to confirm our final numbers, floor plan and other details?

About one month prior, our Events Team will schedule your Final Details Meeting to review your

floor plan, guest count, setup, linens, agenda, and menu selections.

Approximately 10 days before your event, you’ll receive your Final Event Details Document

summarizing all the details for your event.

Final guest count and floor plan are due 10 days before your event.

Minor adjustments are accepted up to 7 days prior.

Guest counts cannot be reduced after final submission.

Do you accommodate Dietary Restrictions and Allergies?

Yes, we accommodate vegetarian, vegan, Halal, and allergy-sensitive meals.

While not a nut or gluten free facility, our team takes every precaution to minimize cross- contamination.

All special meals must be arranged at least 10 days prior to your event.

Do Kids and Vendors have different meals and pricing?

Children (ages 3–12): Plated meal (Caesar salad, penne pasta, chicken fingers & fries, ice

cream)

Infants & toddlers (under 3): Free of charge (no plated meal).

Vendors: Receive the same meal as adult guests, excluding bar service, at 20% off the adult

price.
