What is your seating capacity?
Our venue accommodates up to approximately 150 people for a comfortable event experience.
Can we bring our own caterer or traditional foods?
Yes — you are welcome to bring traditional foods to celebrate your culture and taste. If you prefer we also offer in-house catering that works seamlessly with the venue and décor.
How do we book the venue / schedule a consultation?
You can schedule a free consultation via our website or contact us directly by phone or email. During the consultation we review your event vision, select a package, consider décor options, catering details and any personal touches.
Do you offer halal / vegetarian / vegan catering options?
Yes — we can accommodate various dietary preferences and cultural cuisines. Please let us know your requirements in advance so we can tailor your menu accordingly.
Is there a minimum rental time or time limit for the event?
Typically there is a standard rental time frame (e.g., set-up, event time, tear-down) which we’ll clarify during your consultation. If you anticipate running late or needing extra time, we can discuss extended hours (subject to availability and additional fees).
Is there parking available / how easy is access?
Yes! We are located in a plaza with plenty of free parking for you and your guests. Parking is available directly in front of the venue, making arrival and departure convenient and accessible.
Are outside vendors allowed (e.g., photographer, florist, entertainment)?
Yes — you are welcome to bring in outside vendors for photography, florals, entertainment etc. If you do, we ask that you coordinate with us in advance to ensure timing, setup and logistical details align with the venue schedule.
