We just finished having our wedding on Friday, November 21, 2025 in the dolce room. It was everything I hoped for, The outline in the room was great. Everything was put together with a lot of thought and well organized. The whole experience when I booked my wedding with this venue from the start to the finish, there was always somebody to contact discuss anything with and change anything according to what I would envision for my wedding. The staff at this hotel impeccable they have a great knowledge of putting together a great experience. Feyi was my wedding coordinator and every step of the way she was there to help me with anything I wanted. She responded very quickly to any email I had sent and she was amazing to work with. The day of the wedding we had Tim as our maître D and he was fantastic. He definitely ran things smoothly and very organized and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff at the hotel is So great, very polite and eager to please definitely. We loved our efficient Tom. He married us perfectly. It was so easy and wonderful to meet with him and for him to join in our experience we couldn’t be more grateful for that. Our guest at our wedding also commented on how beautiful and well organized it was. They had an amazing time. Our wedding cake was fabulously made, and tasted delicious. We just wish we could’ve took it home with us. The bar staff was wonderful. The drinks were made to perfection. If I could change one thing it would be during the main course. The vegetables were a little underdone, but the flavour of the meal Was delicious. And our dessert Phenomenal. Once the wedding had concluded, we went back to our room where we Shared our bridal suite and the room was very spacious, clean warm The bed was comfortable an the Jacuzzi was very relaxing 10 out of 10. We ordered in room service for breakfast from the restaurant within the hotel. The food came to our room quickly. The food was fresh warm delicious we were extremely pleased with our room service. Overall, we had an amazing experience the best wedding I had imagined and it was all thanks to everyone at the hotel for all the amazing hard work that went into preparing for our special day. Our coordinator Nat was very sweet and knowledgeable. Every single guest was raving about our amazing bartender Hazel! She was so much fun and made the best drinks we’ve ever had! Everything perfect about this day was all thanks to our wedding planner Lexi. I have no idea how she kept up with all the changes I made, many emails, and endless questions. Lexi was always responsive to my emails, and being a super type A bride, she dealt with my anxiety emails without an issue! We had our wedding ceremony offsite, but our reception in the Castelli ballroom. It was an incredible day and we would 100% recommend Carmen’s to anyone!We had Lexi and Natalia as our wedding planner and Matre’d the night of. It was a beautiful, well planned day.
