- SStephen Ryan29/04/2024place is awesomeplace is awesomeMy son & I arrived here early, place is awesome 👌 price point is excellent for anyone with a young family & on a budget. Kitchenettes available which we took full advantage of. Everything in Waterton is 5 minute walk from this spot. Pool needs some upgrades, hot tub wasn't working, same for the sauna. Overall just a place to park your head at night. Very affordable and great little restaurant onsite with some craft beer and decent menu. Good choice for families.My son & I arrived here early, place is awesome 👌 price point is excellent for anyone with a young family & on a budget. We had a great time shopping at the gift stores and ate at The Thirsty Bear, Trappers Grill, Pizza of Waterton. Great food and drinks at all of these locations. Our room at The Waterton Lakes Lodge was perfect. The staff at the front desk was very helpful & the staff at Vimy's were very nice.This was our first time at Waterton Lakes in Canada. They helped us with our check in and then showed us some very awesome hikes.
