My wife and I were at the hotel for 1 night celebrating my birthday and after an afternoon walking around Yorkville, we returned to the room and were surprised by a delicious piece of Cheesecake along with a beautiful Birthday Card from Taniya, Aline and Phoenix. This is a great hotel, a perfect [location].What a great experience right from the check-in. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating with the utmost professionalism and the hotel is beautifully appointed at all levels. Very spacious, light, fresh and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Lovely and freshly crispy bed sheets:) Clean new bathroom/shower with nice towels. They thought about all details that anyone could feel comfortable to stay here I liked a new kettle with a cute selection of tea ,Nespresso machine even we didn’t use it but it’s a good touch, slippers and bath robe.Highly recommend! Best hotel in Toronto for this price so far! Very spacious, light, fresh and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Lovely and freshly crispy bed sheets:) Clean new bathroom/shower with nice towels.
