Comprehensive Coordination and Support From coordinating the "day of" details for your DJ, photographer, florist, and even your wedding party's entrance, we're here to ensure every aspect of your wedding runs smoothly. Comprehensive Wedding Reception Amenities Venue and Pavilion Access: Use of the area and pavilion for the wedding reception, accommodating up to 100 people Friday night set-up for Saturday weddings Access to the pavilion prior to the event for decorating and set-up Reception Setup: Head table set-up with Harvest Tables and Wooded Cross-back Chairs, White tablecloths, white napkins, and complete table settings Table Settings Include: Dinner plate, salad plate, bread & butter plate Dinner fork, dinner knife, salad fork Dessert plate, fork, and teaspoon Coffee cup, 8 oz. wine glass, and water glass Dedicated On-Site Event Coordinator An event coordinator will be on site at all times to ensure everything runs smoothly. It was the best day of our lives thanks to Marcy (Owner & Coordinator) - Planning a wedding during covid wasn’t fun, we never postponed, we held out for our original date! Timing worked in our favour and we successfully had just under 100 guests. Marcy made this experience 200% more enjoyable with how calm, easy going & flexible she was. We did in house catering and we are so happy we did, food was amazing, the servers were amazing.We just had our wedding at The Wilds last week! I could not believe how fantastic the food was, all guests were amazed by the food and couldn't stop raving about it! Scott and Marcie and their staff was amazing and very accommodating. Food was amazing. It would rival any of the GTA venues. Marcy and Scott were amazing to work with, very involved and organized! food was amazing, the serving staff was friendly and the drinks were even better and the venue is STUNNING!!! The positioning of everything is perfect to keep you in the shade but allowing beautiful soft natural lighting. Perfect for intimate weddings for sure!
